My experience with Quality Building Services (QBS) has been deeply troubling, particularly with how management handles their workers. I've witnessed and heard firsthand accounts of discriminatory practices, especially against Black and Brown workers. Mirjana Mirjanic and her associates appear to foster an environment where these workers are unfairly treated and disrespected. I even spoke to a former employee who now works with another company and expressed how much happier and respected they feel compared to their time at QBS. This speaks volumes about the toxic environment fostered by current management. It's incredibly disappointing that such behavior persists without accountability from organizations like 32BJ SEIU or the Department of Labor. Until QBS addresses these systemic issues and ensures fair treatment of all workers, I cannot recommend their services. Discrimination has no place in any workplace, and it's time for leadership to take meaningful action. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE boss. She treats her employees as though they are worthless, she is degrading. She acts like a nazi. Tells staff they are not allowed to have any personal items at work, they are not allowed to speak to each other even if its pertaining to work. She is very moody and fires people because she is in a mood. Working there causes mental and emotional distress. I hope the buildings she has contracts with learn the type of boss she is to her employees and cancels and buisness with her.The treatment of employees should be investigated for the cause of depression, mental and emotional abuse. I hope that karma comes around. She even has employees make positive reviews on websites to boost her companies reputation. If you have to force your staff to write a positive review about your company and the positive notes are not a reflection of the work environment it shows the moral guidelines you have. despicable. read more

They will tell you how they operate; I hope that someday the government or the Labor Department investigate this company for the many violations they have.
