When I gave him the perameters of the work, he completely understood and suggested ways I could save money on the project. When he didn't call to make an appointment with my tenant, I contacted him, left messages by phone and email, and he acted as though we had never talked, changed the parameters of the work to something entirely different that I didn't want done, finally gave me an outrageous figure which didn't include what I had asked to be done. It was evident that he had a change of mind on doing the work, and I told him that I would have appreciated hearing his concerns and the truth. I will not contact him again in the future for any more work. He isn't the trustworthy business person I thought he was.

One of their employees broke the glass door on our kitchen stove, and despite paying the full amount upfront, it was never replaced or compensated. The main bathroom's stand‑up shower door was delivered very late, and even now it does not function properly. Several installations, including the tissue holder and vanity drawers, were mounted incorrectly and eventually broke apart. Our kitchen blinds were also not mounted properly. At this point, we have been left in limbo with no response or follow‑up to address the remaining issues. Ricardo had assured us that the unfinished work would be completed, but after falling sick, he stopped responding to our calls and messages entirely. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional and disappointing.

He quoted price and I was agreeable. I bought all my tile and supplies he requested. The owner showed up to my home which has extensive work to be done. My toilet in master bath did not work. His worker he had meet him at my house. The worker spoke no English and was not friendly at all. He started to do the prep work in which I had a tub surround, his worked ripped this off and all of a sudden he is saying to shut off water to whole house. He broke the faucet in the tub. When I questioned him he didn't respond so I was trying to find the owner who I then had found out doesn't do the work he only has the worker do it. He was in my bathroom without even asking and using my toilet that didn't work. I told him through the door that bathroom doesn't work and now your worker broke my tub. He comes out and says the tub faucet was old. I told him the tub faucet worked fine until his worker did this. They both packed up their stuff and walked out my front door. I followed and said where are you going he said vacation and they kept walking I called the police and they had both left. I got a report and told the owner he was liable for my tub. I never heard from them again. They are totally unprofessional and robbers. It cost me 300 just to fix the diverter in the tub.
