Icalled the company and they came and repaired the section of floor, howver in September 2024 it started to come up again. I called company again and was told i needed to check for my refrigration leaking. Called someone and the refrigerator guy came in, no leakage. The called floorung company again. Man camedown to look. And said there was difinite leakage. Called my plumber and repair a leak under crawl space not related to the floor coming up. 2600.00 later and flooring company was not responsible.

Rich and his helper installed a tub liner over my old cast iron tub . Seemed to be ok at first but…read moreafter a few months the drain started to leak . Had Rich come back three times . Second time he charged me . It would not stop leaking. Was without a shower for months. Had to wash in a sink . Turns out its a installation failure.I just hired another company to redo the whole drain . Its ganna have to be eventually all taken out . Basically 3 thousand dollars wasted. Gatta pay someone now to rip out Richs crappy job . I am disabled on a low income so this kinda loss really hurts .

Two workers moved all furniture out and back in systematically, removing moulding and replacing it when room was finished. After flooring they returned to re do as the matte was too matte, after 4 months I noticed splitting in the cracks of the coating. It took 15 years to see the cracks on the first coating done professionally. I believe they watered down or thinned down the coating. This is why the 3.5 rating. The original crew showed up on time but did a poor job on the steps. Owner had to come back and re-paint the walls on the stairs. Due to rain, they coated in a small foyer where light was very low the walls o the stairs, when looked in daylight very uneven coating. It is now one year since they have been here, and I see the floors deteriorating much faster. I would do more research on the company before hiring them. There price was reasonable, but the project grew from one room to two rooms and then a stairwell, then a hallway and then one more room. All due to color and rooms flowing into each other. The color has to match. They accommodated me well, but I think the quality was on the poor side.
