They operate on a $0.54 per sqft price (as of 8/23/19) not on a $60.00 per room price that Yelp quotes you back. 2 sets of stairs ran me $96.00. They are very thorough and laser measure every sqft to get you the accurate total. Do yourself a favor and call this place direct and have a good ballpark of your needed sqft of cleaning. Overall, after I let the frustration of having a bill twice as large as I expected, they did a good job. They only ran a 1 person crew which, when I have used other companies they had multiple people tackle the job. 1500 sqft took about 3 hours to complete.
