Meaning: the carpets are clean, no residue and no "old" spots that seem to stay forever. ALSO, I purchase from Colonial Chemdry their carbonated Carpet Cleaner (in a can that you simply spray on the spot) ... with a clean white paper towel (that's what I use), the spot is gone! I have purchased cans for my family across the country and they are huge fans, too! I supply all new tenants with a can of this carpet cleaner and instructions and I am confident that when the tenant moves out, the carpets are spot-free... Manny showed up with a great attitude and a big smile on his face to clean my living room carpet. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. The carpet had never been cleaned before, and Manny gave an estimate of the area and the stains which was very reasonable and affordable. He then moved all the furniture, vacuumed, then cleaned, and sanitized the entire living room. I recently had Colonial come out to clean a small bedroom / closet as we are currently putting a nursery together for our first baby. The price seemed reasonable and I felt better knowing that no harsh chemicals would be used. Customer service was wonderful. Betty from the office answered all my questions about their services and scheduling appointments. Someone called the day before to confirm the appointment slot and they also followed up a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with their services. We called and requested an overdue cleaning due to pet stains and child-related spills/stains, etc. They booked us a time immediately. Colonial called and confirmed my cleaning but I had to reschedule due to a meeting at work. Betty in the office took care of the rescheduling for the same day at a later time. The snow storms of March 2018 forced rescheduling, both on their end and ours. They were flexible and accommodating. The technician Manny was prompt, took extra care with some gentle fabrics and even cleaned six throw pillows at no extra charge simply because they matched our ottoman. Our hot water heater broke and flooded the basement. They came to draw the water out of the carpet and then after it dried completely clean and deodorize the carpet. It is as if the flood never occurred. I also had them clean drapes while they were on site. They look as good as new. My recommendation for this though would be to do this when you can open windows because smell of the chemicals used in this process lingers. read more
