Wow! I am very impressed with Lorenzo at Quality Carpet Cleaning. I hired them to clean my 2 love seats and one arm chair, which were practically brand new, but our cat and new dog were fighting over who got to be Top Dog/Cat and the cat decided to spray all over those items to mark HIS territory. Plus the arms of the love seats were filthy with dirt and cat markings. Lorenzo took all the cushions away and came back 2 weeks later with them clean, dry and FREE of odor! This place gives you a very basic carpet cleaning and is, like many Yelp home service businesses, just a referral scheme to independent contractors. The old guy who came out to clean my carpet looked like he went to Home Depot the day before and just bought his own stuff to clean my carpet. His truck was also not branded. Before he began, he quoted me $550 to clean just my kitchen and bedroom. When I refused, he said..."okay how about $400"? He then proceeded to throw out numbers I finally agreed to an okay price. The cleaning itself lasted less than an hour. He used a big machine, some soapy looking water, and did a basic job. In the end, I had to hire COIT to come out and do another cleaning. They did a great job and used a massive truck machine with power hoses snaked into my home. They got my floors super clean. read more

I had my carpets cleaned for the first time in my new apartment. I knew about this place through a friend of mine so I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was very helpful and scheduled my appointment between 3-6 pm today. The carpet cleaner gave me a 30 minute courtesy call at 3 pm and actually showed up on time! (This is a big deal to me, especially given how a lot of companies make you wait around all day!) He did an AMAZING job! I had a bunch of soda stains in my bedroom that I was worried about but they're completely gone! He was very professional and polite, and came prepared. When all was said and done, I anxiously awaited the total, thinking that it was too good to be true but alas! It was the price I was quoted on the phone ($68 for a hallway and bedroom). The job was large, drapes and oriental carpet repair and cleaning with additional upholstered furniture and curtain cleaning in my home. Some of the drapes were not only dirty but damaged and fragile. The estimator promised these would be cleaned by hand. We agreed a price and they left with the drapes and rugs. This has never happened to me before and I'm stunned, especially today, that someone actually genuinely apologized and took ownership of the issue.
