I recently called Alex to steam clean our enclosed patio carpet (where our cat likes to hang out all day), our large area rug and 2 large club chairs. Part of the reason I chose to call him was the photo of the cat in his review... he's very pet friendly and uses safe products. He even told me that he hoped the equipment wasn't too loud and scary for them! Alex is VERY responsive and gave me a straightforward, fair quote. Major shout out to the Cruz team!! They have left our couch looking brand new like we just bought it! We called them because we had a stain left from our cat having an incident on the arm of the couch. We let them know what we wanted which was our couch and carpet to be cleaned. I called, Alex answered, we set a time for the same day. He actually contacted me and said he could come earlier, so I agreed. He said he might not be able to get all of the stains out of the mattress, which he had mentioned beforehand on the phone. My husband and I were moving into a new townhouse and wanted to get the carpets/rug steam cleaned and to get the tile/ grout cleaned before we moved in. We actually requested quite a few quotes from Alex and other businesses, but Alex responded the quickest to my initial request AND responded reliably during our email exchanges. When I eventually did hear back from the other companies, Alex's pricing had them beat .. significantly! I set an appointment for the following week. On the day of, Jesus and his assistant came to clean the carpets/rug and tile/grout. I did an initial walkthrough with Jesus to show him the carpet, rug, and tiles. Then, it was actually my first time getting the carpets steam cleaned, so it was interesting to see how they set up the hose to steam clean (and how it can route from the garage/ their van all throughout the house. Jesus and assistant got the job done in about 2 hours, which much quicker than I realized, so that was also a plus. They did a great job and advised me to let the carpet dry for the rest of the day (since I don't have central AC). I did get a little creative in setting up fans so I could speed up that process.
