Pros: easy to schedule and quick communication Cons: - Ivan wanted to clean one rug "as good as possible around and under the sofa", but we said we'd like to move the sofa so the entire rug can be cleaned. We moved the sofa ourselves so he could clean the rug properly - He tried to spray the cleaner directly on top of visible large pieces of debris on the rug without vacuuming first. Very disappointed with this company. We set up an appointment for today to have the carpets cleaned. I took time off work to meet with them. The one positive is they came on time. However they came without the proper equipment. Their truck apparently doesn't have a hose long enough to reach my unit. This is absolutely bizarre. I've had many carpet cleanings at my place and not one company has ever had a problem with the hose reaching it. The technician wanted to use a portable machine, which never gets the job done right. My guess is he either had another appointment to make and didn't want to spend the time setting up and running the hose or didn't feel like doing it because we only needed 3 rooms cleaned.
