This review pains me. Great technician, poor communication all around. I got a carpet cleaning today for our entire house (2600sf). Discussed all of the rooms and square footage in detail with the reception who answered the call. She quoted me at the "special" price of $179+$79 for extra hallway and any treatment areas extra. I asked for one area to be treated for pet issue in one room, the technician treated the ENTIRE house for $190!!! I asked for one sectional couch to be cleaned, he also ADDED sanitizer treatment, which I did not ask for and charged me $207 for (advertisement states $150). My total ended up being $697!!! I seriously am so irritated I will never use this company again. How in the world does a company charge $697 for a carpet cleaning, adding treatments not authorized or discussed and then just expect a customer to be ok with it. Not cool, not happy! ******Edited review. Mark from the office contacted me and where this company went wrong with their miscommunication they corrected It ABOVE and BEYOND where they needed to! This is truly a great company. As I previously reviewed we had our couches and chairs cleaned, both of which turned out great. The only problem was our couch still had some of the funky odor, which was the main reason for the cleaning. I was soon contacted directly by the manager and they offered to fix this problem. They sent an employee out and re-cleaned the couch again for free, this time completely eliminating the odor. I'm really happy there are still businesses out there like this who stand behind their work and make sure the customer is happy. Thank you! read more

It's already stressful enough when you move to a new home but add all the new items you have to buy to re furnish your new place is even more stressful. I threw out my previous couch because I just didn't like it anymore and it was gone as quickly as I put it out on the curb. Now I really had to get a new couch.. my brother who thinks 6 months is time to replace offered me his new/used couch since he of course wanted the newest couch out ( I know right) so I said thanks I'd love to have it , little did I know it was full of dog hair, nothing I couldn't had done my self but I decided to have it cleaned because I wanted to also have it protected since it is an ivory colored couch. I was using yelp to search couch cleaning services and found QCC, I also noticed they had a yelp purchase for $75.00 to get $125.00 worth of services. Before I purchased the yelp purchased I called first to get a quote on a couch and the services I wanted, I was quoted $120+ over the phone as well as their quote service on their website. I decided to buy the yelp service, it was very simple to purchase and quickly got a code to call back QCC and request the service and provide them my purchase code, so no having to provide any form of payment, just simply sign the receipt. They gave me a time frame they would arrive and they where 30 minutes early... fine with me. They used quality machines and took over an hour to clean my couch.. I saw no traces of pet hair, odor and the tiniest stains that I myself decided to use as a reference for the before and after cleaning where completely removed. Luckily it was a beautiful day in the low 80's and my couch was completely dried within 6 hours. I highly recommend QCC. read more

I thought they would do a better job, but not really. I dropped off my rug on 2/12/16 and picked it up first week of March because I just moved into my new place. Just today 3/26/16 I unwrapped my rug because I finally was able to unpack boxes and clear my living area for the rug , there is still dirty particles, I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a nice scent, because it smells like nothing. Not sure how they cleaned it but I think it needs to be cleaned again. They have great customer service but the service for my rug was not satisfactory. Update: They were very nice to call me and hear me out about my rug not being very clean after they cleaned it. They came picked up my rug and told me they'll call me when it's done. We've used Quality Carpet Cleaning three times now, twice for our house and once for a rental property. We've been impressed with the value and service each time. At our place, they were able to remove a dark waxy residue left by a plumber from our beige-colored carpet. Today Ryan came to do the carpet at the rental, which was in terrible shape with pet stains and odors that I wasn't sure could be taken out. I have left a review in the past but I find the need to leave a great review again! We did some work in a home and damaged the carpet with ABS cement all over!! I thought we were going to end up having to change the entire carpet given that the carpet is a really light color. What a find! I had two throw rugs in my bedroom that I LOVED, but after so long, there's only so much beating them on the porch could do. I really thought I would have to just throw them out. I searched on YELP and found Quality not too far away and highly recommended. They were so great! Warm and friendly from the first time I walked in. Even offered me a bottle of water cuz it was sooo hot. When I asked about the price, they pointed out that YELP had a SPECIAL price. So they even saved me money, when they didn't have to. I have a four month old couch which is in perfect condition, other than a few spots where my roommate's dog left behind some slobber stains. My primary purpose of hiring Quality Carpet Cleaning was to have them come out and remove the stains from the couch. I purchased the $75 for $125 off Yelp, which is an excellent deal, and decided I might as well have an area rug cleaned as well while they were here. Henry Mira showed up on time and was very friendly. I showed him the couch and explained that it was brand new and not in any real need of a cleaning, but that I was just looking to have these spots removed. I also showed him the areas of foot traffic on my area rug, and he began working right away. In total, he probably spent about an hour and a half working on the couch and rug while I did some other things around the house. The area rug turned out great, and I have zero complaints there. He showed me the water as he emptied the machine, and it was very dirty. The machine seemed to work very well on the rug. Unfortunately, the slobber spots are still prevalent on the couch. I pointed them out to Henry after he finished, and he did some additional spraying and scrubbing with the brush. Now that the couch has dried, I don't see much improvement (if any) on the slobber spots. I'm pretty disappointed as this was my sole reason for having the couch cleaned and I feel it was a total waste of $75. Quality Carpet Cleaning advertises that they can "Eliminate Pet Odors and Pet Stains" and have a full page on their website explaining this process. Thus, I'm not sure why they weren't able to remove the stains. I would recommend them for carpet cleaning, but not for pet stains and odors or upholstery cleaning. read more

This review is well over due, it's been 5 years since we bought our house that have used QCC we can always rely on them as technicians come on time and ready to work. They are not perfect and over dozens of services we have had some stains that have not been able to come off but it's not for a lack of trying. I would have given them 5 stars but they need to improve on the tile cleaning. Used RAQ (Request a quote) on a Sunday afternoon to get in touch about a couch cleaning. Submitted a photo of the couch and asked for an estimate. Was responded to pretty quickly by two companies, and the other one's rate was $135, but Quality came in swinging by offering up the use of their Yelp Deal $75 for $125 to cover the service. Umm..yes, please! Scheduled an appt for that same week via Yelp DM (never had to chat with anyone on the phone) and was given a 1-4pm time window based on my availability. Fidel Antonio arrived around 2pm and I let him in to do his thing while I worked downstairs in my apt's lounge. Not entirely sure what his process was, but he text me an hour and a half later to let me know he was done. The couch was left in pieces spread across my apt so it could dry (takes about 6 hours to dry out) and low and behold when I came back to my apt at the end of the evening, it was as good as new. I inherited the couch knowing it had a past life and it arrived to me pretty weathered, but after the cleaning it feels like it's all mine and is ready for its new chapter in my abode. read more

We use this carpet cleaning service for our yearly carpet cleaning and haven't had any issues. Our carpet cleaning was done back in November and our carpets still look clean! Of course we leave our shoes down stairs however, our kids like to eat upstairs in our living room and their bedrooms. Overall very happy! I do recommend you move your furniture and clear out as much as you can from the floors of the rooms to get the most of your carpet cleaning. I was very happy with the way Quality Carpet Cleaning handled a problem we had with the stairs. The cleaning solution was not able to dry correctly because of the air conditioning being on during the hottest day on record in the San Gabriel Valley. The manager responded to my call immediately and sent a team out to correct the problem the next day. They cleaned it beautifully and then did not charge us for the entire job.
