Very poor customer service actually took a blind in from Hunter Douglas, silhouette that has the label with the exact measurements with all product information, they had stated oh we can order it and we will have it with in two weeks well two weeks turned into three months and no follow up. No return calls. Had to contact them via phone with no return call and via email that they finally responded to! They stated that the order had been lost and it was Hunter Douglas's fault not theirs, but when the order was actually placed via through their store! Raven, the salesperson, was attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the process of selecting carpet for both my personal home and rental home. There was a manufacturing defect with the carpet in my personal home. Christy, the owner, was extremely responsive and proactive in following up with the manufacturer and getting all of the carpet replaced as quickly as possible, as she knew that I wanted to move in. Do not pay this company until you get everything done. I had window coverings installed. The initial install went okay. I found out there is no backing on the top motor covering where the window cover stays when open. It looks tacky from the outside. I asked to have a backing installed on the motor covering. Raven has strung me along and keeps telling me the company will install a backing. Two months later nothing is done. I have talked to Raven multiple times and am always told it will be taken care of. I was dumb enough to pay off my bill when I requested the backing be installed. Still waiting... I will not buy from them again. read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring -- why? You can get flooring anywhere -- you can probably get the same flooring a bit cheaper online, or in the big box stores. Here's where they've had my repeat business several times, though: it's the installation. I can't tell you how many sad stories I've heard from friends who went elsewhere, about flooring installations gone bad. Sloppy work, uneven appearance, whatever. About 15 years ago, Quality carpets installed a bathroom floor for me, with meticulous attention to detail. This was after "someone else" installed another bathroom floor, with less attention to detail. I was sold. I will not go anywhere else. Most recently, about a year and half ago, I had another better-than-hoped-or-expected experience with installation. I wouldn't trust my floors to anyone but Quality Carpets, and if it costs a bit more, so be it. They also are very nice folks, and when they tell you they are going to do something, or show up on a certain day or time, they do. And, no high sales pressure. They are interested in helping you find what you want, rather than pushing something on you. Finally -- it's a local business. My experience with Quality Carpets was superb in every respect, from product selection to price to installation to customer service. Raven helped me select a good product from among several samples considered and continued to be helpful in various ways throughout the project. Their price was some $2000 below a competitor for the same carpet, and they would have moved the furniture for free; the competitor wanted extra for it. I had scheduling issues for which they were very flexible and accommodating. Installation was well done, in a quick five hours; I expected at least a full day for four rooms, several closets, and a long hall. Even cleanup afterward was great. Found this company from a flooring supplier website that stated Quality Carpets was an authorized supplier with trained installers. That was a good sign. Still newish to Fresno and got a little lost so called in for directions and a super nice lady answered the phone and guided me to their location. Went in and noticed that they don't swoop in like in other places I've been to. Felt free to walk around anywhere. After a few moments I was looking a little lost and Nick came up an asked if I had any questions and stated that if I wanted to keep browsing that he would give us some space to keep looking around. I appreciated that as it shows that are there if I need them but won't be hovering if I just want to browse their selection...which is very large, consisting of window coverings, vinyl, area rugs, carpets, hardwood, laminates and ceramic tile. I had a technical question for Nick and he took the time to explain different options for my issue. Due to my own timing and coordination issues it turned out that I wouldn't be able to do my flooring project in the window that I was trying to do it in. We had issues with our carpet that was installed in April and I contacted Quality. Not only did they come and take pictures they also gave us full credit for the original carpet in two rooms. We chose to put in laminate flooring and they went out of their way to get it installed quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them. I definitely will not recommend this company. When I first went to Quality, sales lady was very helpful. I showed her a picture of the laminate I was trying to find and said I also needed a carpet to match. She found the perfect items. I left there with a laminate sample and 3 shades of the same carpet. She said she would be in touch to come measure my home. Awesome! Waited 2 weeks, never heard from her. I called several times, left messages. Finally got ahold of her, she came out, measured, said she would get back with a quote. Called, texted and emailed her. Finally got the quote, went in to order, price on laminate was lower then quote. Said she would order, install would be in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed, so I started calling and emailing again. Finally got a message from her, "I forgot to write down the carpet number....." UGH! I texted her the information, her response, " I quoted you to low on carpet, $2000 more." Went in, picked out a different carpet. Laminate installed-Perfect. Told 3 Days but it took 5. No carpet. Called, emailed and texted finally got an answer. Truck driver was fired but carpet should be here any day. 1 1/2 weeks later I still need carpet on my concrete, company is coming and furniture is still in garage. Sales lady said they have a stock carpet that is better quality and is a better color match. Get home from work, carpet not what was promised. Manager says to wait, see if it grows on me, "Nothing can be done until after the holiday." After Christmas they show up with carpet they said I ordered- NOT!!!!! Wrong colors, does not match pictures I took or the sales lady sent me. Done. Do not recommend. They have terrible follow thru and communication. This process took over 2 months. read more

I had been going to one flooring place after another and no one ever was able to help me. I don't think anyone really cared to listen to me except for Ashley. She was busy with another client but she listened to me and picked out different flooring for me . We took home some samples then we decided on the one Ashley had chosen for us. Without Ashley I I would be very unhappy since we came so close to buying this floor which was white vinyl with grey that looked like tile. I never thought about it until Ashley told me so you have tile floors in the kitchen and carpeting in your bedrooms and your going to put a different tile looking floors in your living room? I'm like I guess. She told me you should do hardwood looking floors in the living room so that you have tile in the kitchen, hardwood looking floors in your living room and carpets in your bedrooms so that way their not fighting one another.
