But after waiting for over 2 hours, they then told us there was a problem with our engine because the check engine light was now on and they didn't know why (the light had never been on before that). After keeping it for a few days, they said one of the car's six cylinders wasn't working and recommended we have a refurbished engine put in for $12,000. We took the car to an honest mechanic we've known for years who ran diagnostics and nothing was wrong. Drove our car home and it's fine. We do NOT recommend this dealership. They seem desperate to sell new cars by scamming customers with bogus repairs.
