The third day I was called and informed the color was off and he needed an extra day to fix it. On Friday he called and said he got the color as close as he could but was not satisfied that it would 100% match. I went down to his shop to take a look and was immediately impressed. Had to deal with inconvenient situation of having my car totaled over 100 miles from my home. Mr. Morales was really helpful and kind, responded right away to questions. His shop was on top of calling insurance agents and the tow yard, very professional. The shop was prompt and assessed my vehicle the day they received it. Since the accident was so far from my home, it's been hard for me to arrange returning to Chino for personal effects left in vehicle, but Mr. Morales kindly agreed to store my belongings in a box so I could get them ASAP which was above and beyond and really appreciated. Bad communication, had to keep asking for updates on my vehicle and then would not meet the deadlines they set for themselves several times. This caused me to have to pay out of pocket for a rental care because they went so over. Also lost some of the items I had in my trunk when they were repairing it. This is a long time coming for this review. I had my bumper replaced here. When it was first done there was a lump on the side as if it wasn't painted correctly and it didn't line up with my headlights even though I specifically told him I did not want an after market bumper and I would even pay more. He said it wasn't but obviously lied. I had to take it back for them to fix the paint. The owner said it was built up paint that they had to sand down and repaint over it... which shouldn't have happened in the first place if it was done correctly. Now after driving it for awhile you can see just how crappy the paint job was. There's chips everywhere. There's no reason for a bumper to look like this after a year.
