I had an outstanding experience at this auto body shop today. From the moment I arrived, the owner, Albino, made me feel welcome. He noticed me outside, came over to ask if I had been helped, and personally invited me to pull my truck into the shop. I showed him a minor scratch on the driver's side door, and he immediately called one of his technicians to take a look. Within minutes, the team got to work. Two or three technicians came over to help, and everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. The technician I remember by name, Chino, did an excellent job. They carefully cleaned and buffed the scratch, and to my surprise, they were able to remove it completely. What impressed me the most was their honesty. Many shops would have told me the entire door needed to be repainted, potentially costing thousands of dollars. Instead, Albino and his team took the time to evaluate the damage, fixed only what was needed, and had my truck looking great again. While the work was being done, Albino was friendly and easy to talk to, making the entire experience even better. Took my civic in for a malfunctioning driver side window, The owner was very courteous and the mechanic very knowledgeable. He even installed the dash cam and kit (still in the box) that I happen to have with me. The repair work and dash cam installation completed in close to an hour. Very fair pricing too. Shout-out to Pomona Body and Paint!! I had a door handle issue on one of my cars that have been giving me headaches for weeks. It got to the point where I was opening my driver side from the passenger side absolutely the worst especially when you have to go to work at 3 am. After going to 3 different places and getting ripped off at one and overly estimated at another a friend recommended this place to me best decision ever. I call the shop and I explain to Jesse my situation and he tells me to send pics of what I needed done. The response and tone gave me assurance that I'll finally put this door headache behind me. I get to the shop and Jesse sees the problem and he says 45 mins to a hr easily. I was so happy hearing that a simple door handle that everyone else said would be 2-3 days and possibly thousands of dollars worth of repair was done in timely fashion. This morning I called to see if they did headlight lens restoration work and spoke to Alvino (who I later learned is the owner.) Alvino was very nice, patiently explained the process to me and told me it would take about 20 minutes and he could fit me in today. I dropped by the shop and Junior took care of my car. My car is a 2013, and both headlights were extremely cloudy, you could barely see light shine through from the bulbs. Driving at night was dangerous because the light from the headlights was VERY dull, not much light through the cloudy lenses. Junior got my car and within 20 minutes it was ready. The quality of the work exceeded ALL my expectations. Honestly, it looked like Junior installed brand new headlights on my car. I never imagined they could look that good again, ever. I'm not exaggerating! OMG!! Unbelievable!! Any body work needed for my car, ever, I found the spot for me and all my friends. All the guys working there were very nice and professional. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for body work or paint job done to their car here. My car had the fender dent in upwards and these guys were able to pull it up down with no problem and even painted the chipped paint that was damaged. So far really good, they took about an hour to fix the damage and even reinstalled my aftermarket side skirt with M3 which I never even thought they would but they did it anyways !! The price is very cheap compared to other places, some places would want a leg or arm but this place here is very legit, would recommend everyone to go here for their great work. The estimates were much more accurate than the ones produced by the insurance company. The insurance company wanted to total my limited edition vehicle based on the cost of repairs and not based on whether the damages were repairable. I chose instead to repair my limited edition vehicle because it has low miles and the damage was cosmetic. I paid cash for the repairs. The shop exceeded my expectations. I am a happy customer.
