As others have shared in reviews, I experienced top quality service and workmanship from Jason of…read moreJC Solutions. Jason is about the most personable, reliable, caring, and knowledgeable self-employed businessman you will ever meet. He responds personally by text or email in a timely way, following up reliably to solve problems and fulfill commitments. This isn't about getting or doing a job. It's truly about making sure your needs are taken care of responsibly, professionally, and expertly! I feel my "back" (roof) is covered no matter what, including relating to work done before he started working for me. I chose to use JC Solutions for these reasons, and would choose to even if the price were a bit higher, but as it turns out, it's not! The cost has been extremely competitive and reasonable on top of every other benefit. Now to share my experience. Jason responded quickly when I called him (from a referral from a more than satisfied friend) to investigate a possible chimney leak. Sure enough, there was damage to the chimney cap and siding that had resulted in a leak and the repair required a lot of creativity, ingenuity, and special customization of materials, all of which Jason handled with aplomb. He also replaced roofing boots which had leaked and later installed an unusual style of gutter guard which I chose to work best with my home and for longevity. Throughout, these projects required multiple visits, staying with the projects to obtain the correct materials and follow through, inspections, tweaking of various kinds (such as adding end caps to the gutter guards to keep out birds and squirrels), responding to address minor issues that arose, etc. I won't go into all these details. The point is that I am a cared for customer whose needs are continually addressed and in an ongoing, relationship-based way. And not nickel and dimed. This is so unusual in this day and age. I can't say enough how great it feels to know I have a safe, tight roof and gutters and will continue to...and that there is a reliable, community-caring person who stands behind me and his work. I highly recommend you work with Jason and his crew!

WOnderful company, local, Jason is just a pleasure to work with, fair, capable, 100% positive!read more

He was quick to come out and help me. And it looks amazing. He also did what I asked on having a secondary piece should I remove the barrel. 10/10

I needed gutter guards because birds were getting too comfortable with my house. I asked one…read morecompany for a quote and Yelp sent the project to multiple parties... I'll get the bad parts out of the way. Techs arrived an hour late. I operate on a schedule because I value my time. This shouldn't have happened. Be on time for all things professional. When they arrived, I didn't know. Apparently there was a text on my phone at 9:05am, but as I said, I operate on a schedule, so I was busy and didn't see my phone. I knew they were there from hearing a ladder hit the top of my house. Again...professionalism. Ring the doorbell or call. Don't just start work. There are ways of doing this... Turns out, once the job got started, Fred noticed that my gutters were installed with similar laissez-faire, so he was good enough to fix those issues while he was up there. That above and beyond was wholly appreciated, so they get an extra star. The tardiness absolutely would've lost that star, normally. Fred seemed like a decent, easy-going guy, and a pleasure to deal with. He was the first to contact me when Yelp told everybody about my project. Days later, a different company just called me about the job, so I like Fred's not wasting time on this (aside from being late.) However, I like bidding wars for my attention, so I told him I'd wait for other responses. He knocked off a hundred bucks to get me to reconsider. As a card carrying Liberal, I also like wars to end quickly. The job was well done. I mean, it's probably hard to do it badly unless you're really trying. Before the work, he came by the house and I picked out which guards to use. It cost me a thousand dollars for 2.5 stories, 4 "bedrooms." It's a big house. I expected that price. He worked from 9am to 12pm and during that time removed a nest. I don't do lateness and I'll never let it slide, so I mentioned it here without taking away stars. All in all, good work. A.
