I called and spoke to their office scheduler, she was quick and efficient to get my car windshield ordered from the dealer (has to be Toyota glass) and then called me right back to get a time scheduled for a technician to come out to my house to get the replacement complete. This is so convenient for me because both times I didn't have to take any time off work, I just left my car unlocked in my driveway and came back and my windshield was completely new. I highly recommend this company
