Super happy with my experience here. Got my Corolla windshield fix for 170$ without insurance. They even gave me 100$ off because the glass they installed has a scratch on it, but you can't even see it. Fisheye left, I went about my way with a mind to get it fixed, after all, Safelite fixed me up in South Carolina really well and pretty when a ladder or box spring hit the Mustang. It's now time to address the windshield - appointment made van rolls in with no delays - workers are ready. Not everything is textbook, you have to make adaptations in life and in work. I can see two of them pulling plastic and other clear materials from around the windshield - I'm guessing the windshield had an issue prior, perhaps not so I made another cup of coffee in the KEURIG and sipped my water and chatted a bit with the staff. Brian was about the nicest fellow I've met in a while - a calm kind soul and a big part of the greatness of the Safelite customer service team. At the house mark, I wasn't phased, I understand it's a big vehicle and as stated above, sometimes things aren't always turn key easy - and it's late June in Florida - so factor that in as well - extreme heat is tiring but in fine fashion the job was preformed to my complete satisfaction. read more

Highly recommend this location!! I had a windshield replacement done at this Safelite location and received exceptional service.My appointment was scheduled later in the day. But they took the time to call to report I could receive service earlier. I came early around 3:30 and my service was done at 4:00! Fastest service I've had through safelite. Garbage. Friday last had regulator on passenger door break. Not the glass. Called them and had appointment for today 8-12. Talked to them twice yesterday about confirming everything. Waited today all morning. No contact From driver. Two calls and they assured us driver would be contacting us. We call again after no word and an hour and a half went by. Got call telling us they don't have the regulator, they only stock the glass. It was on our original booking sheet and we mentioned it EVERY time we spoke to them. Absolute lying, deceitful biz. Only gave one star because there's no burning bush to choose! read more

Took a week for Scheduled appointment, call to check the next day ( never mind the prompts that don't listen to you) to see if I could get something sooner, and wasn't even on the schedule at all! If I don't call I would've waited a week for nothing.Then they said to me," we can't get that windshield any longer, then directed me to this dumb text machine where I had to do all the leg work to try and find a windshield. My experience could not have been better with this Safelite location. Their current 2+ Yelp rating is a very unfair representation of the service now being provided, in that all of their poor ratings were prior to February 2023. The facility is very clean and open, and entire staff could not have been more professional.... and they communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. Do not avoid this location because of the 2 year old poor ratings. I recommend them highly. read more

These guys were great. The main office sent the wrong glass. This caused a delay in the date of installation. They shuttled me home and installed my windshield as soon as it arrived, the very next morning. They took the time to reinstall my fog lights and hood hinges perfectly. Worst place I ever dealt with , waited several days to have my windshield repaired on a Motorhome. She showed up looked at it said my ladder is not high enough, I said I have a ladder . Well I am not comfortable climbing a ladder . She called her manager said I had to bring to shop . Called C&S Glass at 9:00 am came at 10:30 . Took 10 minutes and he was gone . OUTSTANDING! I had my windshield replaced Tue 3/7/23 and looked exceptional. Only took about 90 mins for install and camera recalibration. I waited in their waiting area which has coffee and great WIFI so I could get some work finished. On 3/11/23, only the 2nd time using the car after my windshield replacement, a stone hit the windshield and cracked it. So, Mon 3/13/23 I went back to Safelite, to see what my options were and if I needed a new windshield. 20 mins later, the crack was fixed and is difficult to see that it even happened. The crack basically looks like a small bug hit the window. Houdini had to be involved because the crack disappeared! I was warned before the repair that the crack could actually get worse so the decision was mine to have the crack repaired. I appreciated the honesty. Staff, service, waiting area, repair work, all 5-Star! Highly recommend. I hope I don't need to go back but if I do it will be Safelite. read more

Fixed a chip in our RV windshield. She was on time, actually a bit early, friendly, quick and efficient.

Moments like this are when I wish I could give zero stars. Worst chip repair ever. Even worse? Didn't repair a 1" crack attached to the chip because they said it was not the same thing. I only used them because they're connected to my car insurance. Guess what I did? Found another shop who fixed it as good as new. read more

I don't like the 2-5 hour window they give to arrive; when I want an appointment I should be able to get an appointment so I don't waste my day waiting for someone to show up. The tech was very nice, but after windshield was replaced I went out to car & we went over it. Notice a few differences between old windshield & new one. Like the tint at top of windshield and the seals. I didn't think to drive it or check it closer since not knowing what to expect. Next day when I did go out to car & drive to my destination, I noticed that my rearview mirror was vibrating quite a bit; to this day it has not stopped. Also the tech didn't retrieve my sunpass that was attached to inside of windshield (it was the sticker type). So I had to buy a new one. I wrote to customer service on website but of course I never heard from them via email or phone call. So I am out the money for the sunpass & still having issues with the vibrating rearview mirror. Just make sure you inspect everything!! read more

Poor communication. Any phone number you call even on the work order does not go directly to the facility, yet to a call center. You are unable to get updates or even call the facility to inquire about anything without going through call center first. Worst customer service based company I have ever dealt with. read more

The worst! Came in at appointment time for my new windshield for a warranty replacement due to their inferior product. Because their previous inferior glass had cracked they refused to install my replacement! Stay away from Safelite. Very unprofessional, rude and no customer service! read more

Had windshield replaced. Lane keeping assist won't shut off now. Took back, person was very rude telling me that I don't know how to operate my car. The system still won't shut off. Trying a different location, to get the car to operate the same way that it did before. Don't let these people near your car. read more

The chip in my windshield looks exactly the same after they "repaired" it. I wanted then to redo it but they said they can't put resin on a chip that already has resin so now I need a new windshield. SCAM! read more

Their local "800" number is atrocious. Even when you ask for help, you are thrown back into the loop. There is no exit from this loop. It asks if you've received their link and when you indicate no, you wind up in a "just wait longer" loop. It says they see you are on a smart phone, would you like a link to continue. There is never a link sent. Find a business that doesn't want to waste your time! read more
