The service from P&J towing is unbeatable from anyone else. This morning my car broke down on the side of the road. Jeremy came out to help me. First thing he did was call me and let me know he was 8 minutes away ( and was right on time). He was able to get my car up, which was impressive considering it wouldn't shift to neural. The best, and most important part, he was extremely accommodating for me and my 5 month old baby. He got us home safely. He got all of our baby necessities (car seats, double stroller, everything else) out of my car and to the door step of my house, and was happy to do so. We are very grateful for that. We had outstanding excellent service today with P& J towing company. Our rental car died so we needed towing to the airport to get a replacement. The car rental company provided terrible service. Mr. Reyes, our tow truck driver, went the extra step to drive us to the airport. He saved us at least 90 minutes or more of waiting due to poor service from car rental company. I recently used P & J towing service. I cannot begin to tell you how professional, how polite, and as much as they possibly could accommodated my needs. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident. Their company was dispatched to get a tow truck to me. I called to ask how long it would take and they did everything they could to shorten the time and asked the proper questions about my vehicle does it need a flatbed or are my tires good and can it just be towed. The dispatch person Raul was amazing in my church truck driver which I forget his name was also incredibly wonderful. My Tesla had a flat tire. Since they were new Michelin's, under warranty they game me free towing to Costco. Michelin called one towing service that kept telling me for 3 hours they would pick up my car in 15 minutes. Finally, at 7PM I canceled that call. The next day, Michelin called another local towing company. They were supposed to arrive at 1:00 PM. At 1:30 I called them. They had gotten a flat tire themselves and were waiting for someone to bring a spare. Michelin called a 3rd towing company, P&J Tires and Towing. They were at my house exactly when they said they would be. Victor, the driver was very knowledgeable with Teslas. He took his time. He made me feel confident and comfortable. This towing business has helped me twice. Last year my car was totaled and i was waiting for over an hour for my insurance company to send out a tow truck. I eventually cancelled and called P&J and they were at the location in 10min. Quick and friendly service! This morning my car wouldn't start and Mazda roadside service used P&J to come out and tow my car. The two workers helped me start my car and told me what was going on with it. Tim towed my 82 Corvette today 4-13-13 caused significant damage to the front end and when I pointed it out, he said "if that was from me I would man up" man up dude! you did it! I also was told as the "owner" I need to back it off the truck. What? I did it but I have never been asked to do that. He had a helper too. He even relied on me to put it in Neutral before he started to pull it onto the truck. Whatch out people!! read more

This company is terrible. AAA uses this company. Less than 6 miles from my car and waited nearly two hours. Called AAA twice and demanded someone be sent. Premier AAA membership meant nothing. Will call AAA about this company and recommend it be removed from its list. read more

Great guys, on time and super fair!

Don't bother for towing purposes...they make you wait for hours beyond the allotted one hour arrival time, claim the driver will contact you via text or call when they are on the way, don't text or call except for dispatch to tell you you have to wait another hour, then arrive five minutes before the SECOND allotted arrival time and leave BEFORE the second allotted arrival time as you are getting back to your vehicle (also BEFORE the second allotted arrival time) bc god forbid you had to pee. These guys towed my 1985 Z28 and completely screwed my paint on my front bumper!!! I sent pictures and they are telling me because my bumper was not painted correctly with the correct amount of flex agent in the paint that's why it was destroyed! What a bunch of bull! They were neglectful in loading and unloading the car! It would not make any difference in what amount of flex agent was in my paint. The bumper completely folded under! They were dispatched by AAA witch is a whole other story! Bottom line if you see one of these trucks coming to tow your car I would suggest you wait for someone else!! read more

it appears AAA has resorted to contracting out companies that do not follow AAA promises. I waited nearly 2 hours to have my battery changed. well to my surprise after the first company did not bring my battery, PJ towing came and gave me a jump... Well I got no battery due to driver Tim stating ,"you spend time in this tow truck you'll know why we do not change batteries after 7....wait AAA informed me a company would change it... wonder if PJ towing cashes the check from AAA. Do yourself a favor don't use this company. read more
