We went from a small, weirdly placed island to a 10' island in the kitchen without moving any walls. Plus, the placement of appliances and spacing is perfect. They were straightforward about the pros and cons of all of the cabinetry options they offered. Some offer more "customized" features and some are more basic. They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated. Their contractors and subs are absolute pros. Not only were they clearly meticulous about installation, etc., but they were all a pleasure to have in our home. Jason is very competent, logical, shows up and gets things done! No excuses. He's not the cheapest date, but if you need it done right the first time, he's your guy! He squeezed me in, under the wire, to help me get termite damage remediated on a vinyl sided shed, per a VA inspection. He also replaced a window per the VA lenders requirement. He installed a kitchen range hood, installed door trim, and did drywall and paint repairs for me at a couple of properties. He's reliable and trustworthy.
