I hired them because of the pictures on their site and they did a good job on a friend of friend's Kitchen. I don't know what happened when they came to my house but they did not provide quality work. The whole process was one thing after another with mistakes. They would never admit anything was a mistake, they called it "normal" when i knew it wasn't. They were disrespectful and unprofessional. The work was sloppy and when we would ask for it to get fixed. They stated they would fix it but it still was never corrected. . I was promised a "beautiful bathroom" multiple times and what I got was a mess that now I have to hire some else to finish up and this took almost 4 months (which it should not have taken) read more

Highly do not recommend this company. The communication from this company once they start your project is bare minimum to almost none. I had to constantly ask when they'd be back because if I didn't I was left to wonder when no one would show up and rarely knew what to expect from day to day. Some days went by with no one coming to finish my project, when someone would come it was 1 person working which I understand being short staffed and having multiple projects but to me I feel like this company has taken on too much that its causing them to neglect communication and neglect lesser projects. They tried to throw at me that they sent guy to work on weekends which I never asked for, the first weekend he just randomly showed up unexpected, luckily I was home and didn't have other plans but that was one thing that did not get communicated to me. The next weekend I did get asked if it was ok to work the weekend which I was fine with but you can't throw that at me as a " well this is what we're doing for you. In the screenshots provided of one of my conversations with them Michael never showed up that day as they mentioned. Communication did get a little better after I made my fuss but every time I brought up my concerns and asked questions because I was very frustrated going weeks with very little progress I was given excuses and not real solutions. My husband and I hired this company to complete a bathroom remodel and flooring installation in 3 rooms. We know how to do this ourselves but with busy lives we decided for convenience reasons to hire a company to get it done for us, this was likely our biggest mistake because knowing how we like things done made many of the issues stick out to us like a sore thumb. The flooring work was awful, huge gaps between the walls and floors, many very loose pieces from not completely cleaning depris before laying the floors. Their floor guy Michael did eventually admit to me that he had only done our type of floors maybe twice before which explains a lot and I wish they would have let me know his lack of experience. We could have done our own floors quicker and with better results. With the bathroom the order in which they decided to complete the project made little sense but we decided they are the "professionals" so we would wait till the end to see how it turns out. After gutting the bathroom and installing the floors they installed my vanity and tub before painting and completing wall work. This of course led to them having to paint around my vanity and caused small paint splatters on my new stuff- they did not cover my stuff properly then had to try their best to scrape off/clean up the paint aftermath. They also had to do mud work to my walls and sand them down which created a dusty mess which im still having to clean up in various areas. All in all I feel they took many short cuts and didn't do a very professional job in which we had hoped for after paying 12K. Very disappointed in this company and it has led us to never want to hire others to do work in our home again. read more

We hired Mr. Chase Mack to remodel a home. Jeremy Rountree was the project manager for them. This remodel was to remove and replace all flooring, lower the door frames, new base and case and paint the entire home, all cabinet doors were to be removed and painted off site in a booth, also replace all countertops, sinks and faucets.They hired a painter that should never be allowed in your home. The base and case looks like it's been painted by my grandkids, they didn't prime the ceilings and paint is peeling, they painted most of the ceiling registers to the ceiling, many of the cabinet doors were painted on site with a roller, the existing doors were not prepped and look really bad, also painted with a roller. They spilled something on the new floors and now we have spots everywhere. They damaged a ceramic bathtub and said they were going to epoxy coat it, I told them I wanted it replaced and they Said If I was not happy with the results they would replace it. when I questioned them about it they got very upset and said they gave me their word and I should not question it. Now they are not willing to finish any of the repairs unless I accept the tub. I fired them and hired another contractor to replace the tub. We have so many issues outstanding that I do not have room here to list them. Now Mr. Mack is saying he intends to file a lien on or home. Jeremy who says he is a Christian should never be trusted and Mr. Mack should never be allowed in your home. read more
