I like the numbing gel always for my sensitive spots and don't care for the caviot machine. She only uses it on a small spot and completed the rest without the machine. I also like holding the suction to use when I feel the need for it which helps it goes more smoothly too. She noticed I do not have a checkup scheduled which should be been this is the 2nd time that happened. She looked for the next available but nothing for a while . I said I can be on call of any one cancelled . I spoke to the new girl upfront and mentioned that I am available within 10 minutes drive of anyone cancels . She said just to come in the later afternoon. Great I did not have to make another appointment for a future day, but still had to come back that day instead of right away . Dr. Rengal is the best as we discussed once again what I planned to do and he said that was a good idea before anything was worse. I asked for referral for the oral surgeon who treated me last year not affiliated with his group as I need extra special tlc . He asked the girl to contact them so it could be out in. They put it back in and then wanted to charge me. So, the crown THEY put in came out and they wanted to charge me.. They now tell me that tooth has the start of an infection and I'll need a root canal. I didn't have an infection until after they put a faulty crown in. Now they want to refer me to someone else to do the root canal. Something sounds a little odd. Oh... We found this... We found that... It starts to add up.
