Do not go here. Complete scam. Made every single one of my gums bleed went home in pain . Had to leave mid appointment bc they tried to charge me over $500 for a cleaning. If I could put -1, I would! My daughter was a patient to this dental office. When calling I called to request a PERMANENT retainer. When making the appointment I was advised that they do permanent retainers. She went to her appointment, and was incorrectly quoted, stating that we were on a 40/60 coinsurance. Attempting to charge over $500 for a "permanent retainer". I contacted my insurance for the office, was advised I was on a 60/40 coinsurance, then had the receptionist contact Cigna for the information. Low and behold I was going to be charged over $200 more than I should have been charged. We paid the $323.00 for her presumed "permanent retainers" as disclosed, I contacted the office to confirm these retainers were going to be PERMANENT. The front desk representative advised that she would call me back after confirming with the DR. ( I intended on telling them not to send the impressions off, if this is not permanent). But never got a call back. Today, my daughter goes in to get her "permanent retainer" applied and they walk in with Invisalign. We disclosed that is not at all what we were asking for, and not at all what we were advised she would be getting. They disclosed these were permanent. I advised them the definition of PERMANENT. They did not even have the guts to own up to their mistakes ( several) and advised that they would submit a refund and they never want to see us again. No apology, no anything. Everyone in that office needs to be retrained! Taking advantage of vulnerable people. Y'all better check at the least your coverages to make sure you are being billed correctly! I went to your office for a cleaning and repair of a chipped tooth. I got nothing! What I did get was a $1,200.00 plan to unnecessarily deep clean my teeth! At least do what the patient requests and needs. How can you let me leave the office with the same broken tooth I came in for help with? Very friendly office staff from the beginning to the end of my visit. The front desk, dental hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist were all so nice and welcoming. The dentist was very thorough in my exam and had great bed side manner. It was honestly one of the most thorough dental exams I've ever had. I had my deep cleaning with Ana who was SO sweet and somehow made this procedure super comfortable for me. She did a great job making sure I was numb prior to starting and made the procedure completely pain free. She took the time to go over in depth with me the aftercare instructions and made sure I received everything I needed. So happy I found this office and I would totally recommend! read more

I switched to Dr. Sahi after having a bad experience with a previous dentist that I went to after my old dentist retired. The best word I can think of to describe her is extremely through. She took time in the initial consultation to thoroughly check my teeth and give me a detailed prognosis of my teeth and what work I needed done. I'm always on the lookout for dishonest dentist that suggest extra unnecessary work. Therefore, I took the time to teach myself a bit of dentistry 101. I can tell you that Dr. Shai is completely on the up and up. She did not suggest a single thing that I did not need. She also had a very pleasant personality and explained in detail what work I needed done and why. I believe the few reviews on here suggesting that she tried to up-sell is a result of her thoroughness. She suggests a lot of preventative procedures that will benefit you in the long run. In fact she suggested some of the same procedures to me that people below mentioned in the negative reviews. None of these are unnecessary. However, they are not urgent. This may be why a few people felt that she was trying to up sell. However, take it from me, she is an honest lady that's just trying to give you the best care for your teeth possible. I should have stopped at "there is no up selling". Are you kidding me? You go to your office for a cleaning. You are strong handed over: 1) Cancer screening $ 2) Deeper Cleaning $$$$ 3) Some other cleaning after you don't go for "Deeper Cleaning" $$ 4) Mouth Guard $$ 5) Cavity that is very questionable as to validity. $$ Then when you don't go for that, the doctor leaves, and much like buying a car when the manager comes to "talk to you" some *VERY* pushy guy comes to tries again. Also, if you DO find yourself not listening to my review, and you go there, they will make you sign the estimate under the guise that you are just "declining" it. BE SURE and write "DECLINED" all over the paper... DO NOT JUST SIGN IT!!!!! Those are facts. You can claim what you want. Here's an additional untruth that I was told when I was there that I since confirmed to be untrue. A dentist does NOT have to do X-Rays as often as this doctor's office said. The patient will need to sign a waiver, but the doctor can not force you to have an X-Ray if you do not want one. Seriously, there are many dentists in SE Florida. Find another one. My poor wife now has to contact them for a copy of the X-Rays because she would rather not be X-Ray'ed again. My guess is that they will be horrible for her to have to deal with. read more

I tried going to another dentist when she moved 30 miles away from my home and I ended up right back with her. The experience and care that she portrays is worth the drive for me. Honestly, I have never been to a dental office where I feel so welcomed than this one! I was nervous about my appointment and EVERYBODY (from the front of the office right to the doctor) just made me feel so comfortable! I've never been a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Sahi is so gentle and she always likes to make sure that you are not uncomfortable. That's the best part. To find a doctor who actually cares*** is the highlight. Unfortunately I will be moving in a month but every time I come and visit, I will only be getting my dental work from her!! Dr. Sahi treated me with great care and I can tell she really knows what she's talking about. This office is horrible!! They are not friendly. I waited over an hour to get one tooth checked out. One hour for one tooth is crazy. Also they lie about payments and hassle you to pay them when they first say that you do not owe anything. I don't enjoy writing bad reviews but here it goes...While trying to schedule a deep cleaning I was told by the dentist (there's only one in that office) that my insurance will cover my cleaning BUT I would need $500.00 in antibiotics. I was surprised because not even when I had a root canal I had to pay such ridiculous amount in antibiotics. I joked and said , "What am I having , a hysterectomy ?" After going back and forward I told them, "Sorry I can't afford $500.00 in antibiotics". They scheduled the cleaning anyway. As I thought, I didn't need it the antibiotics. Every time before my cleaning sessions (2) I had to wait at least 40 minutes for the dentist. It felt rushed all the time. The dentist will be working on at least two or three patients at the same time. On top of it, I kindly requested if it would be possible to put a little temporary filling in one of my teeth (had a root canal previously). They said sure. The filling came out the next day in the form of a Cotton ball , it didn't even last a week! I know what temporary means, but seriously? The ladies are really nice, but sometimes that's not enough from a customer service perspective. If my dental insurance is not enough please let me know from the beginning and do not try to rip me off read more

I am new to the area and EXTREMELY dental phobic. On an impulse I stopped in to Township Dental to inquire about services, insurance, etc. From the moment I walked in Dylan at the front desk answered all my questions and reached out to my insurance plans to help me understand what would be covered. I went back a few more visits just to speak with him and the office staff before I could muster up the courage to make my appointment. They never rushed me or acted impatient with me. I finally did make my first appt. and I have been back for 2 visits, the first an exam and x rays and the next to begin work. This is the best decision I have ever made. Dr.Sahi is the kindest, most compassionate dentist I have ever met. And she knows her stuff. Dylan is amazing on the administrative end. Amanda, the dental hygienist has hands of gold. All the rest of the office staff are so pleasant and accommodating. The office is squeaky clean and there are TV's in each room to help you thru, lovely music to soothe, and hands to hold if you need it ( and I needed it) They have turned what is usually a nightmarish experience into an extremely pleasant experience that makes me want to return and work on my dental health, which has been problematic for me my entire life.
