I called this business in the morning when they opened to ask if they had a hose with a couple…read morefittings in stock, so the guy said they did and I said I'd go and pick them up. He said alright. Easy peasy. A couple hours before they closed, I arrived to pick up the items and the guy I spoke to on the phone did not have either ready for me to pickup. Okay, fine. He directed me towards the fittings for the hose while he went to go fetch the hose, but not before carrying on a drawn-out and pointless conversation about peppermint with some other guy. None of the fittings I was looking for were in stock, and were actually all mixed up with other sizes. I go back to the counter to try and find the guy and he's carrying on another conversation with somebody. I get it, people talk to pass the time and it's only natural to do so, but prioritize your customers who are there to spend their money at least. The guy finally turns to me and asks if he's taking up my time, since he knows he's just idling. I inform him that none of what I asked for was in stock and I had to drive from La Mesa just to go pickup those items. He says to me "I get that you drove a long way but I've had a long day and I'm by myself." First off dude, that's not my problem. I'm not your therapist. I'm a customer there to conduct business. I told him that if he was overwhelmed, he should have asked for help from others who work there. He looks at me with this bewildered face wishing he could lay the blame on something other than himself, and just says "okay but what do you expect me to do, see if the fitting fits?" Yes, genius...! I own a business myself. You make the effort to give a damn about what your customers want, and my request was very simple and easy. I just told him that it would have been nice to have been simply told the truth before making a special trip. Guy was apparently overwhelmed with pointless conversations and had absolutely zero empathy or self-awareness of the situation. Gas isn't exactly cheap and it's just a shame because the guy could have been more professional about it, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I've spent hundreds of dollars there. Never again, but keep doing business like that, see how long it lasts before nobody wants to shop there. I hate leaving a bad review but I'm just telling it like it is. Get your inventory on the fittings right, especially since there isn't a lot of them. Take responsibility for your mistakes, own it, and be real. Stop complaining to the customer about your job. Peace n chicken grease.

No attempt to contact myself or my mother. Info for contact of both was provided. Merchant lied and stated thru email that delivery was made. After an attempt to contact, she (the person who identifed herself as owner, Natalie Chadburn) made a less than satisfactory attempt to right the situation. I wanted a full refund, she indicated that because delivery was attempted that she wouldn't refund delivery. I want a full refund. NO PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. She ruined Mother's Day for my bed bound mother. I'm happy to provide copies of the transriptions of communication and the door bell video showing the delivery driver asking for someone named "Beth" when the delivery was attempted.

This Home Depot has to be the worst in the nation. We purchased bamboo flooring from them in July…read moreof 2023 and it is now March 2024 and they have not finished the job. They will not listen to our complaints and will not force a contractor to finish the job. We have tried to work with the contractor and he blocks our calls. This has been a nightmare. I have enlisted in the Air Force and will be leaving in April and I still have no help insight. I will have to reduce the my selling price to allow to sell my home with an unfinished floor. This has been a NIGHTMARE please do not order floors from this Home Depot. It will be the biggest mistake of your life!!
