I'm writing this review because I just called the store, not realizing that they were already closed, and when the phone was answered, my questions were answered in complete detail without feeling rushed. My husband and I have taken four vehicles to Quality for window tinting, and one vehicle for alarm installation, and every time they've done a great job along with efficient and cordial service. They always advise us that the number 4 tint we want is too dark and that we'll probably have troubles, and they've even told us they can't match what we currently have on a particular vehicle. We don't feel like they are just trying to make the sale, we feel like we get an honest opinion from them. I've had my '02 Hyundai Elantra windows tinted by Quality for at least 7 years and it still looks great!!! No bubbling or peeling. Can't really say I'm a fan of a tinting place, but I do have to say they work fast and do a good job. I brought both of my cars there. Though they're busy, they completed the job when they said they would, both times. Their tint job offers a lifetime warranty, & that's great. On one car, the rear window started to bubble after a few years. Dug up my original receipt, brought the car in & they replaced it. Only issue, they didn't return the receipt back to me, so I hope this won't bubble again. read more

Be sure to ask about warranty. I had my windows tinted on 05/14/14, and the rear window is peeling off. When I took it back he said I was cleaning my windows wrong and asked me to call back in a couple of weeks as he was very busy. I called back in a couple of weeks and he said he was to busy and would not give me an appointment and said he would need the car all day. I called back again last week and he told me it was to cold to tint windows. Enough said. I would not recommend Quality glass tinting read more
