I dropped off 4 shirts and 4 pants and this place LOST all of them. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I've been going to cleaners for years and never had anything like this happen. There's clearly no system in place to keep track of customers' belongings. On top of that, the way they handled the situation was disappointing. No urgency, no real accountability. I will never come back here again. If you care about your clothes, I recommend going somewhere else. read more

What can improve employees? I took some Church suits there to be dry cleaned and pressed. My suits were done awful. I left them there on three different occasions so they could get it right and they never did. The owner refused to give my money back. I'm like cool, there are many other places who want my business and who will do a good job he doesn't have to worry about me bringing my items there or referring my family or friends to this dry cleaners. Besides the cost that they charge you, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is why I go down to LA for a lot of things because up here they try and gouge you and it's unfortunate. Be very leery about taking your items here if it's a pair of jeans or T-shirts maybe but can be Larry because the time I was there they lost someone's clothes and couldn't find them and told the lady to come back in a couple of days. read more

I've been going here for several years. Service has always been good and completed as promised. I have never had an issue.

I dropped of my leather coach purse for cleaning, it had some nail polish on the bottom of the inside of the bag. Not only did they NOT clean the bag, they didn't even bother to clean the rest of the purse. Even though I told them that it was nail polish on the bottom of the bag, he thought it was gum and didn't even attempt to treat it. AND they still charged me the $20 cleaning fee when I still saw dust and dirt in and outside of my bag. Then, I also dropped off 2 suits for my husband. Some buttons were coming off and we asked them to fix it, which they did, but when we picked it up, other buttons were loose! I'm shocked they even cleaned the suits. I will NOT be back. read more

This place is a scam!! They said they would give me a $10 discount and he would put it in his computer. When I went there to pick it up, another person was there. Handed me the phone for the owner and the owner said he didn't remember me. They wouldn't give me my drapes back unless I paid the full price. Quality Green Cleaners East: I took a lot of items in and asked for an estimate. The day they were suppose to be ready the owner called me and said he underestimated and wanted another $150ish dollars. He also said not everything would be ready until the following day. So I went in, paid the entire bill and picked up the portion that was ready. I was told to come back the next day for the rest. When I went in the next day they wanted another $160 or they would keep my remaining clothes and the curtains that they had altered were still not cleaned. They said I would need to pick those up the next day. I am sure they would add an additional charge for that also. I told them to forget it and just give me my things and had to then pay $120. It's just an extortion racket. read more

I needed minor tailoring done to a dress shirt ASAP, and Quality Cleaners delivered. The seamstress they have on premises was very nice and when I explained to her what I needed done and that I had to have it within a couple of hours, she said calmly "ok". My shirt was done with plenty of time to spare, and it was even cleaned and pressed! And on top of that the seamstress had to go home to tailor my shirt because she needed a specific machine to do the alterations. Overall, great service. read more

I just left this cleaners and every time I go the service gets worse. The owners wife was behind the counter. When I walked in she just looked at me with no greeting. She immediately asked me for my phone number to get my order and I say hello to her nicely and she just looks at me. When you come here you have to pay very close attention to what they're charging you. The other woman who works here told me that when their business isn't doing well Mike charges more per item. Also, they conveniently forget to give out the discount. I miss the other two young women that worked here. At least when Mike is helping customers he's very nice. This place is so convenient because it's next to my house BUT the staff is always rude, they never write down correct information and they DO over charge and change prices! I used to come here out of necessity but not anymore. I've also had many dresses altered and it was always a different amount because of such and such reason. One time, the made a knee length dress into a mini dress! I asked for them to re-add the fabric and they claimed they lost it but the seamstress told me she kept it for her personal use. I asked for them to fix it if I brought back same fabric but they wanted to charge me the amount of a new dress! Never again. read more

I came into this Cleaners because its so conveniently located I brought a jump suit for some alterations. The work was poorly done I couldn't even get it over my head. I was very upset. And very surprised when I got there and they were charging $24 for the alterations when they had quoted me approximately $12 for the job. I then was told by the owner that they would fix the jump suit but I needed to take to their other location. When I got there their tailor Martha said it would be $12.00 to fix when the owner had quoted me only $8.00. They both give you different prices so you don't really know what your going to pay. Make sure if you go into this place they give you a quote in writing.. They are very dishonest. read more

I wish I would have read reviews on this place before dropping my dress off here for a simple alteration. Not only was the alteration not done correctly, they charged me $10 more than what they originally wrote the receipt for. When I questioned the lady about it she said because "it was more sewing than expected". Shady. Will never go back. read more

We took my sons letterman's jacket here to be cleaned. We were told it would be done by Tuesday at 5pm. I waited till Wednesday at 6pm and it was not cleaned. I was rudely told that it normally takes 2 weeks to clean letterman jackets, I said well your employee should be told this. There were spots that were not cleaned and there were new marks in the leather. Mike said ok I will have it done tomorrow afternoon! I already paid for it, because when I originally went to pick it up I had to pay first. My husband and son went back on Friday evening to pick up the jacket and it wasn't touched, the stickers were still on it for the place that needed to be recleaned. I went back in and demanded my money back, and Mike started yelling at me. I will never use this cleaners for anything and will never recommend them to ANYONE ever! read more

I don't recommend this place. I can see that they don't care about your stuff. Plus they don't seem honest with their pricing! I took in some heels to get some minor stains cleaned with silky material. Not only did they take long but I got my heels back with rips and scratches that were never there. This was actually my second time going there and the first time I also had bad service done. I thought of giving them a second opportunity with my heels thinking they would have better service but it was worse. Highly disappointed will never go back again! read more

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this business. Their commitment to quality work and customer service is minimal, at best. They returned a sweater with stains throughout the garment (which weren't there before), and made no effort to explain. When I asked, they offered to "try again." When they stains didn't come out, they wanted to charge me a second time for the dry cleaning. The owner made no effort to try correct the issue or apologize, and the cashier/attendant shrugged her shoulders. I explained that I would really like to work something out -- would have even accepted one free garment dry cleaning; not even asking to them to replace the garment destroyed by their service. They just shrugged their shoulders. The one star is for the effort on behalf of one of their employees, a young lady who apologized to me quietly as I left. This place was ok but there is now new people working here and it's Terrible. My stuff is never ready by 5 like they say it will be, customer service is slow and unfriendly, and I have gotten stuff back with holes in it... They close at 7 during the week and I showed up here once right at 7 . The doors were unlocked, sign said open. I walked in and the counter person gave me all sorts of attitude for coming at 7 to get my stuff. I understand if the doors are locked, hey I missed out. But it took 2 min to do my transaction. When I first went into the store, they only asked me for the last 4 numbers of my phone number. I gave them the numbers, and the garments. They've been told me everything would be done in 5 days and they would call me. Since I'm from another state I paused and asked how they would call me since they only got the last four of my number, turns out the girl had injured my things under another customer's information. I turned into garments, one to have The Zipper tab put back on the zipper, the other two have a zipper replaced. I was told it would be done in 5 days, it would be $15 for each might be a little less for the zipper tab, but I would get a call if anything changed. On the 6th day after getting no called I called them left a message did not get a call back. I called them two days later I finally spoke to someone who informed me that the zipper replacement had to be ordered and it would not be ready until Saturday this was Friday. No one said anything about any price change or anything else. Saturday came and I got no call. I what's nearby today and thought I'd stop in and check on them. Both going to be done they just never called me. The first one grey jacket, they put a white zipper Tab and charge me $8 for it even though it didn't even match. The second garment, they charged me $40 instead of the agreed-upon $15 and argue that they were told someone called me and got permission. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

We took in a jacket that they said will take about three days to clean we went back and it wasn't cleaned we try to get it done he begged to have some time to do it we went back in after the appointment to come back and get it and he didn't even touch the jacket they are rude they make you pay upfront and you're never satisfied they don't know what they're doing they had no idea what was wrong with the jacket they just have no clue what they were doing if you ever are desperate never pay up front the jacket came back with spots that weren't there before. read more
