However, when I came back at 5pm, he told me to take the pins home and measure the length myself and come back next time-- even though I went there with my pants on . Even, When I visited the Lancaster branch before, the staff there kindly pinned the hem for me and helped me try them on. I honestly found that very frustrating and disappointing. Because of the evening staff member's attitude, I don't feel like coming back here again.

She told me sure, just pick out the ones I needed. I picked out a white shirt and black pants. When I came to pick up, the lady said I had picked out a women's pant and thought I might have done that by mistake so she also did one of my black pants also. It was actually my wife's pant that we needed but it's nice that she cared enough to do that. Also on Christmas Eve, she called to remind me that they were closing early in case I needed my clothes for Christmas. I had forgotten and I did need my clothes so I really appreciated that. There are places you go where they just seem to just want your money, here they seem to genuinely care about you. I highly recommend this place, they also do really quality work.

After not hearing back from anyone, I called four different times and tracked the manager down eventually. After talking to Mike, he blamed my shirt for the damage. He said that my shirt was worn down! This is a brand new dress shirt with exceptional material. Mike didn't want to take responsibility for the damage caused by his establishment. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE What a BAD EXPERIENCE…read more First time and last time here! I had them hem 5 of my Dickie's paints and within about 6 month they all came apart. I wasn't upset I figured we're human. So I went back explained what happened figuring they would happily take care of it. After all it wasn't just one pant leg. Smh they asked me to leave my pants and they would have the owner call me. I never got a call back. So I went back a few days later and they haven't fixed the pants and still no owner. They said I can pay to have them done again, and I explained they shouldn't have come apart and I don't want to pay every 6 month to fix my pants. It should be a one time thing. The Person helping me explained they would do it on a different machine so it wouldn't have the issue again. To me that's saying they used the wrong machine in the first place. The person helping me couldn't make any decisions and instead of waiting for the owner that never called me. I just left with my pants still not done and asked for someone to call me. Finally the owner Margarita/manager called me. She was rude and just said it was my fault it's the way I washed my cloths. Well, they took an iron to the fabric and burnt it. It's now crispy and full of burn holes and entirely ruined. The worse part is that they said nothing when I came to pick them up. They charged me the full mending fee and forgot to mentioned that they ruined the garment. The value is poor. They should have comped the service for a better value. I wouldn't mind a replacement garment either. It was a beautiful garment and I am so sad.

I have taken many dresses there and I've never had a problem. They were supposed to be ready on Wednesday afternoon. I went to pick them up on Thursday morning and they didn't know where my dress was, and the suit jacket still needed to be pressed. When she finally did call, she said the dress was in Santa Clarita and I could pick it up at 4:00. I ended up picking up my items on Friday morning only to learn the cost of the simple hem of my dress was $100! I have never paid that much, and I would never had agreed to that if I had known from the beginning but I trusted them from past experiences. Friends have told me that they have lost items and not to go there anymore but I've always defended them. Not anymore.

I'm like cool, there are many other places who want my business and who will do a good job he doesn't have to worry about me bringing my items there or referring my family or friends to this dry cleaners. Besides the cost that they charge you, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is why I go down to LA for a lot of things because up here they try and gouge you and it's unfortunate. Be very leery about taking your items here if it's a pair of jeans or T-shirts maybe but can be Larry because the time I was there they lost someone's clothes and couldn't find them and told the lady to come back in a couple of days.
