When it comes to trades, I'm also a helicopter homeowner and generally a bit of a micromanager. Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable. I will most certainly use Will's skills (had to say it) repeatedly for this original 47yr old house.

Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

I would like to preface this by saying, I have never had any luck with contractors in my 36 years…read moreof home ownership. I dread calling anyone to make significant repairs of any kind. We've been needing new siding for several years because of a previous contractors ineptness. We contacted 3 different companies over about a 3 year period to bid new siding. Two of the bids were WAY high on estimates, Jeff of All Trades was the 3rd estimate, the estimate was within budget and in the process of the estimate he noticed some issues with the roof and recommended we have a look. Indeed there was some hail damage and he had Ryan Roofing give us and estimate and recommended we contact insurance for coverage. The siding estimate initially was less than 1/2 of the 2 previous estimates and insurance covered the roof less deductible, as well as some of the gutters and screens. We hired them, both Jeff of All Trades and Ryan Roofing and got a complete exterior home make over, new roof, siding, gutters, screens and paint scheme. There were a couple of unforeseen areas of rot and snafus along the way, but, in less than 2 months and a minor increase of $10k in the original estimate ( still about 65% of the other 2 siding only estimates) we have an entirely new exterior and in just a couple of weeks have had numerous compliments on the way our home looks. I would indeed recommend them, and, yes I will call them again if I need repairs.
