C and C owner Jeremy Conn jumped at the chance to roof our 800k home. He came in with false promises and later to find out, complete lies. He never ONCE came to the job site to oversee his roofers, EACH NIGHT they left an embarrassing mess of a large quantity of trash that filtered into neighboring yards, and killed our fescue grass. The nightmare has continued for two years. The quality of their work was terrible and actually ended up causing more damage to our home. The roof leaked in two different rooms and the owner Jeremy Conn had his roofers come out and put SILICONE on our roof as a permanent fix! He never responded or followed through to fix the interior damage caused by TWO leaks. We had to hire another contractor to finish the job and repair all the damage caused by their mistakes and crappy work. They literally have ruined our roof, lied about the warranty, and still continue to be dishonest.

When we had to pull the trigger on a new roof, there was no one else we called. The quote was below others and we knew their work would be great. They rolled in around 6AM and started (while they were watching the weather for the next deluge). They finished our entire roof by sundown. Clean up was amazing. All of their workers were on it! Would totally recommend (and have) to other homeowners!

I had two packages delivered while I was at work. One is missing! I am furious! The very least they could have done is put everything back the way it was. I'm told the boss will be here tomorrow. I'm beyond mad. They should not have to use anything of mine to help in their work. I bought my umbrella for my enjoyment not to help A Best Roofing put up a new roof. Barely any spoke English. One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.

We had others out to give quotes, but none were as comfortable and affordable as Allied Home Specialties. We absolutely love our new Santa Fe style patio cover, and because we were so happy, we did something that was not in our plan for a couple of years. We called John 4 months later to discuss siding with him. Yes, we had two other companies out, very reputable companies, but in the end Allied's prices were the best. The manufacturer used is top-rated and so is Allied for us. Dealing with the owner is a much better way to go. John is a good man...you won't go wrong using his company.
