I stayed at quality inn at street rd bensalem so much I got some free nights. I had enough of this nasty non cleaning rooms . My 1 stay had small roaches and followed by baby roaches . They change my room which smells . On my last stay they put me in a room that smells like they mop the floor with the same water for every room . Then the bathroomsmells like pee really bad . They put me in another room just to end up being no different . I don't think the cleaners are even cleaning the toilet . The floor smells like bacteriology infested water they reused in every room . I found a toe nail, bed bug eggs, and worst of all spoiled milk that was dumped into the toilet and never flushed!! it took me a little bit to understand why the bathroom smelled like that. When I first was escorted and entered into the room of #521 it wreaked of cigarette smoke and the "house keeping" even acknowledged that the room smelled gross by leaving the window completely open to air out the smell. They didn't even have the decency to spray some Febreze. Lastly, the pregnant hispanic girl (didn't get name) who was working at the front desk knew that they had messed up after I showed her the pictures of the rooms sanitation quality. I demanded a full refund for the night that I had spent in that crack house hotel room and she became very defensive and dismissive. She would not give me any information in regards tot he hotel manager's email and it was tough to even get a name of who the manager was out of her. This is an affordable hotel in the Bensalem area that deserves recognition for being clean and convenient. It is near Parx Casino and Route 1. There is also a Wawa that is in the same parking lot and is open 24 hours a day. Regardless of the appearance of the hotel, it was safe, clean and I was able to get a comfortable night of sleep. The heater was perfect to warm up the room in the middle of the snowy night. The water pressure was perfect. The TV had HBO and many other channels. There was also a fridge and microwave. I will give this hotel 4 stars because it could use a remodel in the hallways, but other than that - the room was fine for my needs. read more

It took 3 rooms to find one that the heat worked. They put me up in a disable room where the bathroom is all shower also. Pocket door for bathroom was broken . Then I got another room and the heat didn't work their either. Intimidating me by playing loud music and not letting me sleep. I checked out and now fighting to get my refund. I am disgusted by the room and customer service provided by this location. When entering the room, it had a bad smell, which I figured it was probably a smoking room, I was not going to complain, and just proceeded to Lysol, as I do with any hotel. By the time I got to the rest room area to Lysol, I was presented with a very disgusting restroom, there was feces coated in the entire perimeter of the toilet bowl as if it was stuck there for days. I went to contact the front, and their phone had no phone line. and no buttons on the phone, and called via my cellphone. The associate proceeded to tell me there were no other rooms, and I asked if I could have room service, and he informed me that there is not room service that works at night. Special recommendation to the Desk staff. Sun 10/16 I had a reservation across the street at the Sleep Inn ( another Choice Hotel) I asked for an early check in when I reserved. Sleep Inn said no room ready for my12 noon check in. I called the Quality Inn about 10:30 am an the desk person had no rooms ready but after a little conversation she said she would find a way to accommodate me. Only gave one star as a rating was required. REALLY no stars for this hotel. First, we had reserved a room with a queen bed, were given a room with two beds. The desk clerk said that was the way it had come into her online, even though I had my printed reservation. We were moved to a new room on the second floor. The ice maker did not work. Another woman I met while getting ice on the first floor said that the one on the third floor also did not work. Food was left in the refrigerator. The entire bathroom vanity was cracked through from one side to the other. That could not be sanitary! It looked like the front piece of the vanity was about to fall off. The handle was hanging off the bedside table. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The exhaust vent was full of dirt and dust. The pictures on the website are totally deceptive. Hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. I checked in late after a long day of travel ... I requested a non smoking room but when O arrived the only had smoking rooms ... The room literally smelled like an ashtray! There were cigarette burns on the floor and on the bed spread. The carpet was filthy and there was a hole punched in the bathroom door. The bathroom had mold and piss around the base of the toilet. I wanted to leave immediately but I had no car and I had just spent the entire day traveling..., I complained and asked for a different room but they said that was all they had! This place was disgusting the room smelled The rug was sticky there were bugs and mold in the bathroom and we even found candy on the floor obviously not cleaned well before we came in. Our reservation was for two nights we left after one and probably wouldn't have stayed at all but got there after 10 and couldn't change rooms. I made a reservation since August and called to let them know if I could check in early and I spoke to an Indian guy because my flight would be arriving at 8am at Philadelphia once I got to the hotel the front desk man was so rude and said to come back at 3pm. Recently stayed on a Saturday. If we had any other option I would have turned away at check in. Upon exiting the elevator at our assigned floor we were greeted with four full bags of trash in the lobby. Understandable if this were mid afternoon between check in / check out but this was 8:00 pm. We had a queen room. The room itself smelled so horrid. Like a warm summer day in a subway station. Combination of stale cigarettes and urine. Stayed 3 different times, each time was not good. Price is cheap for the area but the service and accomadations are poor. The rug was soaking wet from the air conditioner run off one time. Second trip there was a large hole punched into the bath room door. Thrid time there was a hole in the tile shower as big as a hand with insulation sticking out and the curtain rods to close the curtains in the room were laying on the floor. Only motel in the area I could afford on my expense acount. I would never take my family there. The hotel is just dirty and not maintained. I requested late check out due to a late night at the casino and housekeeping came 3 times between 11-11:30am when I opened the door to yell,I held my words after seeing this really old guy who did the housekeeping. Young lady at the desk responded "why didn't you tell him you had late check out" at this point out was useless. Choice hotel choices are getting worst i only used because I had points. They do not clean facilities they just make the beds and refresh condiments. Also the bathrooms are disgusting there was pee on the side of the toilet and a dirt ring in the tub. This is a disgusting place. It is, by far, the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Unfortunately I didn't fully realize the sad state of things were until the next morning when I took a shower: mold in several places around the tub, paint peeling from the ceiling above the shower, several stains on the shower curtain (two areas looked like splattered blood!), the toilet hinges were filthy, every horizontal surface except for the bathroom counter and the nightstand between the beds was covered in a thick layer of dust, the hair dryer was disintegrating, the tv stand was broken, the nightstand's fake wood laminate was warped in several places, and best of all, the general manager I showed these photos to basically told me to screw off. :) read more

Well the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were clean. That's the only good thing I can say about the room. Honestly, I have never stayed in a dirtier room. The bathroom was filthy, the phone was slimy, there was no clock, the Kleenex wasn't filled and the bathroom door had holes in it. The shower curtain had pieces of hair stuck to it on the inside, the soap dish part of the shower probably had never been cleaned. I don't want to mention the toilet. The staff was friendly, but the entire place smelled awful. It smelled like someone was cooking with some pungent herbs. We were stuck here because everyone else was booked. I somehow booked through a third party. I thought I had called the hotel. The woman who made the reservation said that this hotel had good reviews and it was new. That is BS. The furniture had chucks of wood missing. She also put us in a smoking room. We couldn't switch because they were booked. I called to complain and they offered me 10% off. Big deal. I needed a room in a pinch and this location was the only hotel within 20 miles with an available room. I booked on booking.com when I saw that it was available. After asking for a military discount ( Air Force national guard ) the front desk said they did not offer such a discount. I was given room 315. Upon entering I immediately noticed food dried up all over the walls. The bathroom had pee dried on the wall next to the toilet and the floor was covered in a black sludge . The bed had dirt/unknown items of filth within the sheets and every surface looked dirtier than a public restroom. I immediately asked for a new room to with the front desk was able to provide me. The new room , although not as filthy, still is dirtier than the back seat of an Uber, and smells like one too. The bed sheets smell of urine and armpit. I took a shower and decided to sleep in my car in the parking lot. I would never recommend this to anyone . read more
