The shower is only hot, no in between. The peep whole to our room was scratched from the inside looking outwards. The door lever lock did not work properly and our room number was crossed out with writing above it. Seemed sketchy. Especially after the 200 dollar deposit. At checkout I made sure to get a receipt reflecting the refund of the deposit as well as waited for them to also check the room and make sure nothing was " damaged or showed drug use ". Place just needs some touch ups. Overall would stay again for a quick stay due to it being near the cemetery I went to visit my aunts site after 4 years. read more

This place needs some serious remodeling. The rooms are really worn down. Everything in the room felt dirty. I was kind of surprised how bad the room was. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that runs your credit card as two transactions, one for the room and one for a security deposit. Don't expect much from the free breakfast, its not good at all. Don't leave anything visible in your car, as I saw more than once some questionable people riding bikes through the parking lot looking in cars. Roaches came out when they smelled my breakfast. I brought up my breakfast to my room and I was just about done when i reached for my orange juice and I saw them. Management didn't even act shocked when I should them pics and video of the roaches. They would not refund me. Not even a sincere apology. I checked in...not knowing about their 200.00 deposit. Luckily I had cash...The bathroom sink stunk like sewer....the shower gave half water on top, half on bottom, the wallpaper was coming off in pieces, the tub area was dirty.... Can I put a minus 2 stars?, this is one of the worst, hotels I have encountered, don't let the lobby fool you, rooms are not in good shape, funky smell, bad and dirty sealing, I travel a lot nationwide, and I never heard of a hotel charging $200 dlls as a deposit, I think they did this because I'm enrolled in a point program the more points you accumulate you redeem this points for free nights on any hotel of their chain nationwide, obviously this particular stay was one of those free nights. But my advice is stay away from this place, stay in the near cities Diamond Bar, Pomona, Chino, you will find a better deal there an a better kept, cleaner and netter room for the same price and sometimes cheeper. read more

I stayed here for a few days before my road trip with my dad to Nevada/Arizona. When we first came here to check in, the guy at the front desk asked if we were checking out. It wouldn't make sense if we were bringing luggage inside from the front entrance to check out. We would already be inside the hotel. He wasn't very friendly and probably didn't like his job just based on his attitude. The parking lot was small, but we found parking without a problem. The room I stayed in had a couch which could be converted to a bed. There was a flat screen TV and the standard things at a hotel like ironing board. I didn't have any issues with noise from other rooms but maybe nobody was next door. The wifi signal was strong in my room so no problems there. There were issues with my visit though. Every time they cleaned my room, the door key card would stop working which meant that I had to walk downstairs to the front desk. The ice machine on the second floor didn't have ice in it and the vending machine was empty. I had to go downstairs outside of the pool to get ice. In addition, the room had a limited amount of wall outlets so you might run into issues of you have a lot of people on your room that need to charge their phones or whatnot. Breakfast was downstairs from 6:30am to 9:30am on weekdays and 6:30am to 10:00am. The food was nothing special from other hotels that served complimentary breakfast. The drinks were physically separate from the food though. I had better experience in the past at other hotels and would recommend avoiding this hotel if you could. read more

This hotel is neither clean nor safe. By far the biggest safety concern was the MOLD in the bathroom (see attached picture). A secondary major safety concern was the improperly hung main door - there was a triangle of light coming in from the top of the door. I believe fire marshals would code this hotel for that. If that much light can get through, that means smoke can get through. There was also an electrical outlet without a light switch cover. My room also came with a blinking alarm clock set for a random time, previous guests' toothpaste on the mirror, ripped black-out curtains, mold on the safety handle in the bathroom. The disrepair and cheap repairs were rampant (painting over adhesive tape on the door, lamps that didn't work, very old shower fixtures that continuously leaked AND did not provide a consistent water temperature. Oh, and check out the picture of the "ramp". Safe? to code? I think not. I challenge anyone who works for quality inn to stay for a few days in the hotel. Anyone know a health inspector or fire chief? Please direct them to this hotel. read more

Absolute worst experience ever. Front desk person by the name of Michelle Santos super unprofessional and a big liar! I asked to speak to the manager Michelle put me on hold and pretended to be the manager. I recognized her voice and called her out on it. She should not be working with the public!!!!?I called several days to make sure my mom had a room paid for. My mom has cancer and is going to city of Hope. Called several times speaking with the front desk letting them know that I wanted to pay for the reservation. Several emails were sent with improper attachments. Called the following morning to make sure that the room would be paid for and my mom would not have anything to worry about. Unfortunately the staff did not Follow through with the reservation. They made my mother pay for it. When my aunt and mom finally got into the room it was filthy disgusting not even clean. I called and had my mom and aunt check out of the hotel and sent them to a hotel they stayed at previously. The Huntington hotel exceptional customer service clean nice friendly hotel. This motel should never be allowed into the Choice Hotel Brand. It is discussing! NO Pressure at all in my shower, the track in the elevator looks like it has not been cleaned in years. My sons room had a strong Oder of sewage. A three story motel with ONE elevator that has a capacity of two and because of how the door sits makes it nearly impossible to get a luggage cart on. I paid for my room with a credit card and yet they still insisted on a $200 deposit which took me a week and a half to get back. The staff is incompetent at best. If took me nearly an hour to check out because they got my rooms mixed up and at first told me I didn't even have a deposit. This place is in serious need of an up grade. Wall paper coming off nearly everywhere. One ice machine which often runs out of ice, and one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. AVOID THIS MOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE!! read more

Soon as you walked into the room a big wiff of hot cigarette smell smack me in my face. smells like my 90-year-old grandma who died from smoking's house. When I checked in, the first thing they did was hit me with a $35 tax for bringing my dog which wasnt advertised ahead of time and they refused to waive it. 2. This place is filthy. Just walking through the halls is disgusting. 3. Total for one night was over $160. 4. There was a VERY loud creaking and groaning coming from the floor in our room. It sounded like a 300 lb. ghost was walking around the room. 5. When I complained when checking out, the woman at the front desk didn't even apologize much less show any care at all. 6. This place is a disgrace and should be renamed from "Quality Inn" to "Low Quality Inn." Mostly clean, with the exception of one really gross looking (stained) chair at the desk. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. When I arrived, the tv wasnt working, due to a previous guest changing a setting. Staff were there in under 5 minutes and had it working again. The "ramp" ( which is just a narrow piece of wood placed over the stairs, not covering the entire stairs) from the elevator to rooms on the second floor is a big time hazard. Do not book a room at this location. They will charge you $100 for sleeping in the bed because you "soiled the linen" and then they will charge you twice. I'm arguing with them and my bank is behind me and I will win I guarantee you that but from their words you slept in the bed the linens are soiled. If that means they don't change The linen from the previous occupants you don't wanna stay there. The ice machine and the vending machines are downstairs and outside at the pool area and the hot tub's which the desk personnel do not even know if they have a pool and a hot tub. When I arrived I asked if they had a hot tub and a pool and I was told " I don't know" so I actually had to go looking for a hot tub and pool. I asked the same desk clerk if there was a auto parts store because I had vehicle problems and I got the same response "I don't know" so I asked the Maintenance man and he directed me to a auto parts store they have my vehicle fixed. But my advice to you is do not patronize this place at all. They are dumber than a bag of rocks and they will charge you for anything they can get away with. The room was below standard the bathroom had peeling paint and the service was below par. I came here for a seminar. After the training, I was talking to different individuals who attended the same class, and noticed a few of the employees there were staring and pointing at my feet. When I looked at my feet, I noticed a cockroach was running around. The cleanliness during a pandemic was not up to par for even being not in a pandemic. Our room had trash in the trash cans and wrappers in the clothing drawers. There was no substitute for the fact the normally free breakfast was taken out because of corona virus. We told them the room was not clean (the front desk) and manager did nothing. They offered a 10$ off our next stay that's good for one month... Thanks but NO THANKS. Your rooms should be CLEAN.. especially during the corona virus pandemic. One thing that was nice was the big jacuzzi in the room. Hence, the second star. Good location but needs to hire some housekeepers and sub in something for the loss of no free breakfast when it's stated still that there is free breakfast. Such as a granola & water bottle. I use their meeting room on monthly basis for our non-profit group meeting as the hotel is in a convenient location for both members from OC or in RH area. Meeting Room Price- GOOD. the price is affordable and easy to book. Water and coffee station free of charge. FREE WIFI is a big plus compare to other hotels that we used without FREE Wifi. Friendly staff are attentive and willing to help. We sometimes use the bigger meeting room for all member mixer and the big windows does make the room look bright and full of life. We are very happy with their service and rate, will highly recommend their meeting rooms for others. read more

This place is a death trap. The rooms are musty and moldy. Your sinuses will start running the moment you walk into your room due to all the allergens. Dark, dingy, just gross. You don't wanna walk around the room without shoes on that's for sure. I actually had to switch to a less musty/moldy room because I almost had an asthmatic episode. The front desk didn't even care about the gravity of the situation. We basically had to beg for another room. Don't they realize this is the HOSPITALITY business???? The front desk gave us a hard time about switching. In the morning I woke up with hives on my back so they definitely also have a bed bug or dirty sheet problem. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was dirty, the assistant general manager was rude and un compassionate and wouldn't let me speak with anyone higher than her assistant self. The night we checked in after being at Raging Waters all day and finally falling asleep at 230AM there was a man beating his wife next door to us and she was screaming at the top of her lungs. He then started to throw furniture at the wall that we shared in our room. He woke up my toddler and had my nieces in nephews in 2 rooms down shaken up and traumatized. So much for summer vacation! The front office didn't answer the phone until after calling a million times and seemed agitated and nervous when we finally spoke. They also let the couple who was fighting stay even after the police came and they argued and threw furniture for the rest of the night. Jeanette the assistant general manager told us "you could have just left" but where would we go at 230 in the morning with 4 scared toddlers and we live hours away and had just spent almost $300 on the two shitty hotel rooms they rented to us. We feared for our lives and our safety after staying at this hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone RUNNNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN before booking this place! This hotel is in bad shape. Looks ok cosmetically but when the lights flicker when the door closes, that's an issue for me. Walls are thin. Neighbors decided to have a party at 4:30am. Tried calling front desk for an hour until Kimberly finally answered the phone. She responded with "I will call them". Had to call again because the music didn't stop. She said they didn't answer the phone and will try again. "I will have to go up if they don't answer". Not sure if she ever went up to tell them to quiet down. The music just got louder. Tried to drown out the noise by turning on the swamp cooler(air conditioner) and the bathroom fan but you could still hear the music. Called again at 6:10am and spoke to Kimberly. She said she couldn't go up to the room because she was female and by herself. She finally went up and talked to them. At least they turned down the music. My friends, who stayed in another room, had a broken window. Breakfast spread was the hotel's saving grace!! I expected much more from this Quality Inn but it turned out to be pretty dive-y. The hotel is pretty outdated but the internet was okay I guess. The toilet handle in my coworkers room was broken so he had to open up the toilet every time he wanted to flush it. Additionally, the "business center" computers don't even have Microsoft Office on them. We were trying to print out some documents but it was no dice. So if you have to do any business other than updating your facebook status to "This hotel I'm staying at totally sucks," then you're outta luck. read more
