This place gets four stars because it does the job and free breakfast is great. Of course it's a bit old and it's probably not suitable for a long stay, but it was great for a day or two. In our room, lights flickered in the restroom and the floors creaked. There were some stains on the bedsheets/pillows, but I managed to avoid them. During breakfast: Most of the bananas were old/some were moldy at breakfast, but everything else was fine. Toast, eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, waffles-- what more do you need?

Roaches came out when they smelled my breakfast. I brought up my breakfast to my room and I was just about done when i reached for my orange juice and I saw them. Management didn't even act shocked when I should them pics and video of the roaches. They would not refund me. Not even a sincere apology. I called corporate, who said they'd contact the general manager but the manager never called me back. Stay away!

Not only is this place ran down. It's dirty, damaged, holes in the walls and door, stained and dirty carpet. I was in shock to see what a dump this place is. So out dated. So disappointed. Also had a stinky odor as soon as we walked into the room. Oh plus the water pressure of the shower was extremely weak and had a hard time rincing shampoo out of my hair. I

Horrible horrible stay ! Just read the pics Had a whole summer vacation planned for my kids and now I can no longer do it due to my kids not wanting to stay at any hotel now due to this. Worst part is they are not refunding my money.

The nastiest place I have ever been. Not only did I have to call the health inspector but the absolute rudeness was ridiculous. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first and looked at 3 different rooms and sadly this was the best one at of all their rooms. Their breakfast had mold.

I guess the guy who change batteries on the smoke detector did not wash his hands!

Can I put a minus 2 stars?, this is one of the worst, hotels I have encountered, don't let the lobby fool you, rooms are not in good shape, funky smell, bad and dirty sealing, I travel a lot nationwide, and I never heard of a hotel charging $200 dlls as a deposit, I think they did this because I'm enrolled in a point program the more points you accumulate you redeem this points for free nights on any hotel of their chain nationwide, obviously this particular stay was one of those free nights. But my advice is stay away from this place, stay in the near cities Diamond Bar, Pomona, Chino, you will find a better deal there an a better kept, cleaner and netter room for the same price and sometimes cheeper.

I stayed here for a few days before my road trip with my dad to Nevada/Arizona. When we first came here to check in, the guy at the front desk asked if we were checking out. It wouldn't make sense if we were bringing luggage inside from the front entrance to check out. We would already be inside the hotel. He wasn't very friendly and probably didn't like his job just based on his attitude. The parking lot was small, but we found parking without a problem. The room I stayed in had a couch which could be converted to a bed. There was a flat screen TV and the standard things at a hotel like ironing board. I didn't have any issues with noise from other rooms but maybe nobody was next door. The wifi signal was strong in my room so no problems there. There were issues with my visit though. Every time they cleaned my room, the door key card would stop working which meant that I had to walk downstairs to the front desk. The ice machine on the second floor didn't have ice in it and the vending machine was empty. I had to go downstairs outside of the pool to get ice. In addition, the room had a limited amount of wall outlets so you might run into issues of you have a lot of people on your room that need to charge their phones or whatnot. Breakfast was downstairs from 6:30am to 9:30am on weekdays and 6:30am to 10:00am. The food was nothing special from other hotels that served complimentary breakfast. The drinks were physically separate from the food though. I had better experience in the past at other hotels and would recommend avoiding this hotel if you could.

This hotel is neither clean nor safe. By far the biggest safety concern was the MOLD in the bathroom (see attached picture). A secondary major safety concern was the improperly hung main door - there was a triangle of light coming in from the top of the door. I believe fire marshals would code this hotel for that. If that much light can get through, that means smoke can get through. There was also an electrical outlet without a light switch cover. My room also came with a blinking alarm clock set for a random time, previous guests' toothpaste on the mirror, ripped black-out curtains, mold on the safety handle in the bathroom. The disrepair and cheap repairs were rampant (painting over adhesive tape on the door, lamps that didn't work, very old shower fixtures that continuously leaked AND did not provide a consistent water temperature. Oh, and check out the picture of the "ramp". Safe? to code? I think not. I challenge anyone who works for quality inn to stay for a few days in the hotel. Anyone know a health inspector or fire chief? Please direct them to this hotel.

I just got home and I was feeling like I was going to throw up

The hotel has a buffet restaurant option for breakfast, which we opted to try. It's a little pricey for what is offered and on the Saturday morning we were there, several items were running low and needed to be restocked. It didn't appear to be tended to very well- few plates, no coffee creamer, and no coffee cups. This is in a convenient location when visiting the Pomona area but I'll probably avoid the breakfast next time.

It's very clear even from the website that this place isn't lavish and there's no breakfast etc. so we knew all that going in but we were overall happy with what we got for our money ($160 all in). We could have paid more and stayed in a chain hotel that was a little more fancy and had those things but we opted for this. To equate it to airline standards, this would be Economy Plus. Checking in was a little interesting as we asked (at least a week in advance) for early check in at 1.30pm due to the timing of the wedding. We arrive and the front desk guy was pleasant but a little too laid back so he needed a nudge. We arrived at 2.15pm and the room was still being finished off. Anyway, we get to the room, a very quick change later, and we were good to go. There was confusion over whether there was shuttle between the hotel and the venue but we got an Uber anyway (less than a mile between but not walkable in wedding attire). The whole place is a little rough around the edges and a touch dated but it's not meant to be a destination hotel or a vacation spot so, that's totally fine. The corridors to the rooms are a little clinical but the rooms themselves are totally fine and serviceable and have what you need. They are also a good size so you won't feel cramped - and they have some connecting rooms. We were hardly in there other than changing and sleeping so it worked fine. Again, a little dated and lived in but totally okay and what you would expect for a conference center hotel room at a university. Generally very clean (aside from a few hairs in the bathroom) and some marks on the ceiling (looked like water staining) but, again, this wasn't a vacation trip, it was to save us driving back to LA. The bed was great, the pillows were great, and the sheets were clean and tidy so that's all good. If I had been here for a conference, I would have still have been totally happy. It's not meant to be a swanky, it's meant to be functional and it does that perfectly well. There was a fridge in the room and there's a little store in the lobby so those craving boxes are ticked. You could do a lot worse than this off campus - and there are some pleasant views here too. As others have mentioned there are stairs and I didn't see elevators (especially between floors of rooms) so if you have mobility issues or requirements, be aware of that and make them aware when booking. Check out was easy, friendly and quick. There was fresh coffee and iced water in the lobby. If we had to attend there again, we'd stay here again.

Something that affected my stay was the pool situation. I was shocked when I discovered how small the pool area is for such a nice big hotel overall. There wasn't enough lounge chairs or anywhere to sit in general. Everyone was playing their own music loud, some louder than others, a bunch of kids splashing everywhere and I was surprised by this since I was thinking this would be a calm, peaceful resort setting. One of our favorite touches was the espresso machine in the front office that was available all day and night. The coffee was delicious and such a nice perk to have whenever we wanted a little pick me up. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. The ladies working the breakfast area were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They greeted every guest with a smile wished everyone a good morning, and genuinely made the experience feel warm and personal. We booked a king room with a balcony and it was absolutely worth every penny. The room was spacious very clean and had so many great features. The bathroom was huge the shower was amazing, and the provided soaps were honestly some of my favorites I've ever used at a hotel. They smelled wonderful and felt like a little luxury touch that made it so we didn't even need to use our own products. The balcony was another highlight. We had a table and two chairs outside where we were able to enjoy our dinner, which made the stay feel even more like a true getaway. The room also had a wet bar microwave and mini fridge, which was incredibly convenient for making drinks storing snacks and enjoying some meals in the room. The TV was also a great size and had access to apps like Netflix and YouTube which made relaxing at night even better. The couch in the room was perfect for sitting together and watching TV, and the bed!! oh my goodness. It was easily one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept on. It was huge cozy and gave us one of the best nights of sleep we've had. We also loved exploring the area around the hotel. Having 99 Ranch Market right across the street was such a fun experience for us. We had never been to one before, and it was really cool getting to explore all the different foods, drinks, and snacks. We grabbed a few things to try and it made the trip even more memorable. The location is also surrounded by so many amazing food options. If you're looking for recommendations, definitely ask the front desk because they were so helpful and gave great suggestions. My eyes were absolutely burning like crazy. -The cleanliness of the room was non-existent, (see attached photos). The shower had hair all over the wall and floor as well. The flosser was left on the dresser along with another curly black hair. -Beds and pillows definitely need an upgrade. Beds are extremely lumpy, pillows seem fluffy but then you lay your head on it and it goes flat and lumpy. -Walls seem to be pretty thin, we can hear a dog barking as well as someone knocking a few doors down. Will most likely not stay here again on the next trip.

Parking is complimentary and wraps around towards the back of the hotel, along the freeway. Main lobby is adorned with colorful Christmas decor. Spacious, with some sofas facing the flat screen tv and an open floor concept that's shared with the cocktail bar (opens at 5pm) and the breakfast dining area. The pool towels are smaller in comparison to the large bathroom towels provided in your room. The jacuzzi and pool have disability chair lifts, for guests wanting to enjoy amenities. There's a pool shower outside the pool gates. And restrooms in the hallway. Guests will need their room key to enter/ exit the pool from the building. By the time we finished dinner and returned to the hotel, we informed front desk by 5:30pm our situation. Just giving them a heads up we'll be checking out in a few minutes. Unfortunately we weren't able to stay the entire night as planned, due to our circumstances. And left no later than 6pm. But, we'll definitely return to this property. Location, proximity to restaurants and Target- are what we like. Staff have been friendly and this location is well lit and safe at nigh
