We actually reserved a room here by mistake, thinking it was another hotel. By the time we arrived and figured it out, we were too tired to find another hotel. The outside appears a little sketchy, but the front desk person was very nice and accommodating. We had an accessible room that was amazing. This was definitely a case of things looking better on the inside than they appear on the outside. The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower was the best feature! It was even better than the one that I had at home and the water was hot. It is a motel with outside doors that I normally avoid. Here, I was able to park directly in front of my room and did feel safe. The parking lot was very well lit and quiet. The breakfast was typical of a hotel continental breakfast such as eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pastries, make your own waffles, and ceresl. The coffee, tho, was exceptional. The coffee machine offered a variety of flavors. It was a restful night.

Overall looks nice in presentation and has much lighting and cameras to know that your vehicles are safe No smoking rooms available They do allow dogs They have an informative binder of local eatery's With room amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, iron and board, tv and more then 10 channels, a coffee maker, free breakfast, Our chairs upholstery wasn't to satisfactory The bathtub and plunger tht drains sink was non operational Much dust on fixtures and in a/c as well as it sounds like the compressors isn't working properly but not noticeable to those who haven't worked hotel Floor wasn't mopped so could potentially transmit hep or other diseases All surfaces aside from floor were wiped dwn (drawer handles have corrosion and lamp which could spread yellow fever) Also trim on door needs paint overall good stay was comfortable

This pic has not been update cause the exterior color is a blue/teal color

If I could give this place a Zero stars I would, but I guess I will have to settle for 1 Star. This is the worst Quality Inn in Forrest City, Arkansas that we have stayed in while traveling cross country, they charged me $130.00 for a 1 night stay. It says under New Management, I would say they need to close it down and make major renovations. Don't let the exterior fool you like it did us. There is no pool or jacuzzi they took out the pool and made a basketball court & laundry room that doesn't even have laundry detergents you can purchase to do your laundry. Also, the first room 114 they assigned us, the door was dragging & the phone did not work at all. The door needed to be replaced. They recommended The Old Sawmill, said the food was great, they lied. Don't waste you time or money eating there. Their breakfast was just sad there was sausage and gravy but no eggs. We just checked out and went across the street to the Waffle House for a really good breakfast. So, if you for a good hotel to stay kept on driving past this one, it's not worth the money we paid to stay there.

    Boarded up behind the toilet

Quality of the outside is not at all what you will find inside! Our non smoking room reeked of cigarettes due to the permanent resident who lived next door. Room was dirty, holes in the walls, boarded up behind the toilet, bathroom door broken, spiders, just gross. I noticed the front desk lady who wasn't the least bit surprised by my photos. She gave me an email to contact management but assured me I wouldn't not hear back which is exactly what happened. Biggest waste if $160 I have stayed at far better for 1/3 of the price. Beware!

All sorts of bodily fluids seen on the "clean" sheets

I would not recommend. Sheets were full with bodily fluid stains. It does not appear that the sheets were cleaned at all.

We chose this place because it was a highest rated of all the 2 star hotels in the town. On the good side, the receptionist was friendly and polite. Breakfast was typically, with scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes etc. On the bad side, when I woke up in the morning, I had 6 very itchy bites on my back: bed bug bites. Managment was apologetic. Of course even a Ritz could have a person who had bed bugs sleep in their bed and pass it on to the next guest. I guess the issue is by selecting a less expensive motel, I increased the probability that the last guest who slept in the bed had bed bugs. The general décor was substandard. The caulking in bathroom had large cracks. There is a dead mosquito embedded in the paint in the bathroom. The bathroom door handle was coated with spattered paint. While smoking was prohibited in the rooms, the balcony and stairs reeked of smoke. All in all I wish I had paid $30 more for a more upscale chain (itch, itch). They should up their cleaning and maintenance efforts.

Usually, when you're on the road and don't have reservations, you end up stopping and staying in hotels that are less than ideal. This Comfort Inn was thankfully nothing like that! We were surprised to find a full parking lot and lucky to get a room. Our biggest need was a hotel that was pet friendly, but not too noisy where our girl would bark throughout the night. I have no idea how a full hotel can be so quiet, but our dog didn't bark once. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations for a hotel like this. We came down for breakfast around an hour before it ended and there was still a lot of food. The spread included cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. They even have a specialty coffee maker where you can get a latte or cappuccino among other things. It was so good! If we ever find ourselves on the road in this area again, this hotel would be our first choice for a stop!

Just letting everyone know, I stated here 6yrs ago, the hotel was nice an clean, great customer…read moreservice., Ai went back this June 3rd, an found not as clean as before, I was disappointed, the restroom needed to be cleaned better. This place was filthy! The first room they gave me hadn't been cleaned. The bed was still unmade…read morefrom whoever was there previously. I went to the office to get a new room and this time somebody else came out of the adjoining apartment. The gentleman that came out asked me how the bed got dirty. I told him I didn't know as I had just checked in. He said he didn't know who messed up. I said I just arrived here I haven't even had time to mess up the bed. He then said to me that he didn't know who messed up the bed, maybe it was me, maybe it was somebody else, how could he know? Talk about gaslighting? At this point, my level of frustration was very high. He finally offered me another room. I went to the new room and that bed was not a cleaned room, at least not the kind that I am accustomed to! The room (like the other) stunk of cigarette smoke and body odor. I had to wash all of the clothes that I had on and wash my hair because everything stunk from the room. I had tried laying on top of the blankets when I first went in, but it just stunk so badly I just couldn't. At that point it was about 1 o'clock in the morning, and I just went to sleep in my car. I had a pet with me that I'd left in the room when I went to the car I tried to nap for a short time, before going in getting my animal and getting in the car and driving to a rest, stop down the road to sleep. In hindsight I think that this hotel is one of illegal commerce such as drugs and or sex. Unless that's your trade, I do not recommend this place at all. I couldn't wait to check into the next hotel room early to shower, wash my clothes and get into a CLEAN bed.
