Went here to print out graduation photos and printouts for a photo booth. Long story short, no customer service skills with younger customers. The lady with freckles the (receptionist) does not know how to communicate with customers on what is exactly happening. Instead she sat down at her desk and continued to stare into the computer and make phone calls. She should have told me to take a seat, they were going to print and cut them in the back. Instead I stood there not knowing what was going on. She also told me should could brighten my pictures, which she never did. I never printed my printouts for my photo booth because they did not have a computer for customers to pull up their files and they told me I couldn't save the file onto a flash drive using their computers. I will not be returning rather go to kinkos. read more

Pat has been the "go to" printer for our company for a very long time. I know I will always receive a quality product from Pat, and he is one of the nicest, community based people I have ever met. Third time is definitely not a charm with this establishment. I was recently turned onto this place by a friend who gave it rave reviews. My first visit I was met with indifference at the door by a couple of employees, but was eventually greeted by Katie. I will say she went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating, printing my few pieces and offering to cut them as well. Bagged them and sent me on my way. I left feeling like I'd found a good quality place that I could count on. Wrong... The second time I went, I was again ignored for at least a few minutes by a heavyset Asian gentleman. When he finally decided to speak to me, it was with a rather disdainful tone, as if I was putting him out, I mentioned to him that I needed various prints made. A handful at most. And instead of asking me any further information about what i needed in terms of paper stock he grabbed my thumb drive and asked "who usually helps you? Katie? Well she's on lunch". Then plugs my drive into his computer and groans about it taking too long to load. JPEGs...? Ok. I then hear a printer go off near my right. Call me a Prima Donna but I still was never asked about preference of paper or sizes or anything. He then hands me my art prints on what looked like something slightly above newsprint. Thinking these were proofs, I said great, could I possibly get these on semi gloss card stock? And I was met with silence as he turned his back to me and walked away to go get the card stock. I'm now realizing that he intended for these proofs to be my final product. He prints the others, returns to the counter, rings me up. And I also realize he's charged me for the initial cheaper prints as well, but not being a confrontational person, I abided. But then he began to walk away. No bag, not cut, no goodbye thanks for coming in. Nothing. So I then ask for a bag, and it is handed to me. So I bag my own prints and leave to go home and cut them myself. But I thought, perhaps it was an off day...no it wasn't. Third time, went in to get a few more art prints done, hoping that Katie would have been there to save the day. It was not to be. And this time 4 people were in the front, and four people somehow managed to ignore me. That has got to be pretty tough if you ask me. Finally a woman asks if I needed something. No I just like watching the process, I thought to myself. I asked for a few prints and they looked truly perplexed. As if they don't do that there. I mentioned that I'd been there before and it wasn't a problem. She asks a gentleman who was printing at the time if he could stop what he was doing essentially, to print my items. (Do they only have one printer? Genuine question) I sit down, and before I know it, my prints are done. Awesome! Good job! She rings me up, I pull out my card and she states my purchase has to be over $10.00. As I looked for a sign to tell me this info I mention that this wasn't the case the last two times I came in, she whispers something to a manager and returns to tell me it's alright. Okaaay. She bags my items and sends me on my way. Again! No cutting! I've been to quite a few professional printers and they all at least offer to cut! I realize my few prints aren't big business for them but as an artist I am always looking to turn fellow artist friends onto small businesses like these but honestly I won't be doing that for this place. I have NEVER written a post on yelp before. But this was mind blowing. Change of policy, rude service, unorganized chaotic work environment. Yikes. I'll just go elsewhere. I am making my own wedding invitations (in order to save some money, get them to look the way I want them to, as well as be able to have some in English and in Spanish). After creating/designing them on my home computer I created PDF's of what I wanted printed and cut. This place was not only friendly, but it is extremely affordable and also got the job completed in a very timely manner. I will definitely be returning here to get my programs/menus printed. I also really appreciated that they let me bring in my own card stock :) By far Quality Instant Printing was the cheapest color per 8.5 X 11 page I could find (almost half of what FedEX charges for self-serve and only a quarter of what FedEx charges for them to do it). I walked in with my files, let them know how many of each I wanted printed and let them know that the files had crop marks for where I wanted the cuts to be. I first handed them my usb drive with the files, then as I was talking to Pat to let him know how many of each I wanted printed his employee had already printed all of my files for me to verify (I was impressed with the speed). It only took me about 5 minutes to put in my order. I was expecting my order to not be ready until the following day but their service superseded my expectations; within just a few hours I got a call telling me my order was ready. When I picked up my order, I was ecstatic. It was perfect! Within just a couple minutes I paid and had my order with me. The printing was perfect and the fact that they were able to cut them for me saved me hours of work on my home paper cutter (which I still probably wouldn't have cut as nicely as they did) I'm so excited! Worst customer service from Pat Meyers. Our company has been purchasing items from them for a very long time. Our order was placed in October, and we are just receiving it now in late January! After several attempts to contact them regarding the delayed order, Pat proceeds to tell me that he never received an order in October! I have proof of the order!!! Instead of trying to provide good customer service, he was extremely short on the phone and tells me: "Make it short and sweet, what do I need to do." He was rude and our department will not order from him again. read more

Quality Instant Printing is the best! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but Adrian who wrote up my order and made sure everything was right, was amazing! I needed wedding invitations printed off of several templates. I needed them cut and needed them in a hurry. For some reason this seemed to be a problem at other printing businesses I had contacted. Adrian made the whole thing easy. They were done so fast and they were perfect. This will be the only place I go to for all future printing jobs. read more

Well to be honest, I am "regular" at this printing business. Every week I stop by to photocopy, fax or get small jobs printed. Friendly staff, great service - my little dog even gets to visit. Only once have I ordered a big printing job - a $ 2,000 advertising brochure order. Everything was perfect and on time. Pat, the owner, gave us a 10% discount when he realized that we were stretched to our limit to pay for the brochures. We didn't ask for this favor - he just did it on his own. My little dog likes visiting the place and count me a fan too. read more
