I have a frozen shoulder and needed to return a small patio table in the box. I had someone lift it into my van and brought a dolly to get it in the store. I cannot lift it even though it's not heavy. The young guy with curly longish hair was just not nice about it all. I told him I couldn't lift it so he banged it up on the scale and handed me the receipt not saying another word to me. I said thank you have a good night and he ignored me. I have been debating writing this review for over a year now. I had a problem with the younger employee there with the long hair who is into punk and metal. I know he is into punk and metal because I am too and I thought he was pretty cool until he started being a dick. It it important in understanding this exp. knowing that am on the Autism spectrum and struggle to perform the social niceties people often come to expect (eye contact, smiling, matching upbeat energy etc). Months prior to the incident in question I borrowed a hand truck and upon returning it accidently pinched the employee's finger. I felt really bad about it and apologized. Since that interaction he has been incredibly rude and dismissive when dealing with me. He tosses my packages, gives me one word answers and other things I was able to interpret as him not liking me because when contrasted with the way he handled others it was obvious. One day I was feeling particularly uncomfortable with how he was treating me so I asked him directly if he had a problem with me. He told me that he did. He said I was (and I forgot his exact words but something to the accord of) an asshole and never smiled at anyone etc. I apologized because I was caught off guard and asked him if it was because of his finger and he just shut me down and dismissed me. I cancelled my mailbox here due to this interaction as I no longer feel comfortable going in here. The owner (or the guy with the dog) was always super chill and had cool music on, but the dude with long hair was a jerk and I realize after reading reviews I am not the only person with the exp. My wife came here for a notary and once the service was done, the lady told her she was all set and to have a good day, and everything seemed done. Later that day - at dinner time - a woman shows up to our house at our front door. I opened the door and the woman just stood there, staring at me without saying anything until I said "...can I help you?" and the woman asked for my wife. My wife was in the middle of closing escrow for her parents' house, who both just recently passed away, so I assumed this lady was just here to have my wife sign paperwork for that. I got my wife and the lady looks at her and says, with an angry tone, "remember me?" and my wife looked at her for a second in confusion and the lady then says "I did five notaries for you and you didn't pay for your notary service! You think I just work for free??". My wife and I were in shock and she profusely apologized and explained to her it was an honest mistake (which it was, because my wife is the last person on earth who would try to pull a fast one and try to steal or take advantage of someone's services). My wife told her she'll pay it right away and will pay for her gas for driving on top of it, and the lady told her (again, with an angry tone, while turning to start to leave) no, she doesn't want her to pay and she'll have karma coming for her. My wife explained that her parents just passed away and she is dealing with a million things with the house, so her head is not straight right now, and that she would never intentionally not pay for services. Eventually, the lady started to backtrack and pretended to be understanding and that she didn't think my wife would've done that on purpose (which is a lie because she drove to our house, knocked on our door, and went straight to aggressiveness and making assumptions before simply calling my wife afterwards to let her know the payment wasn't made). My wife and I drove to the store and paid for the services. Needless to say, I do not recommend this place at all and these other critical reviews make perfect sense after this whole episode. read more

Visited store on 4/6/24. Poor customer service and didn't seem to care about being rude. Came in for an amazon return and was on my phone looking for my barcode. There was one person before me, so I figured I should get everything ready, so I'm not standing in front of employee unprepared and making them wait. There was 2 employees at my visit, a female with blond hair who was helping a customer and a male with long dark hair taping and working with a packages. I apparently did not hear him calling me, so the female employee had to wave me over to tell me he was able to help me. I felt bad I didn't hear him, but his reaction annoyed me and showed lack of respect. He was shaking his head and making comments to the female employee at the same time being rude the whole he was helping me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but you need to do better. read more

As the other poor reviews mention- terrible customer service! I had to call corporate for what happened earlier this week. The store owner so called 70 year old lady who said to me "she is 70 and owner and doesn't care" kicked me and my daughter out of store and threw our Amazon return receipts on the floor. I asked her "this is how you treat customers?" and she said " the receipts dropped." The other customers and video tape will show otherwise. I wonder if she will even return my items. Will have to stress and track carefully for next week or so. read more

No customer service, the male working was sitting with a dog on his lap. Did not greet and did not want to work! Had a few Amazon returns and he directed me to the self service scanner and not once asked if needed help. He maintained sitting with dog on his lap. This year we had a beautiful Celebration of Life for my brother whose life was cut short by a wrong way driver. I've had a mailbox here for a while, the owners and all the employees always help me out. I had to go out of town for a few months, and they held all my mail for me even though it piled up. They are so friendly, it feels great going into their store. They even forwarded my mail to me out of town, I was so impressed with the accommodation, everything is easy with them, and they understand people have situations and need a little help from time to time. I've had multiple print jobs that I emailed, they're ready when I arrive. I've also used the notary services several times, and that too is always easy and quick. I've been to so many UPS Stores over the years, but this is the only one I like because the people there are so friendly. This is definitely the best UPS store in town, I highly recommend it. read more

Went there to see if they did passport photos and they did. After taking my picture he noticed I had on a white shirt, said they might not accept it so I went home & changed my shirt and went back. I needed some paperwork notarized the first time I came into the store. Later I had some amazon returns. They took my returns and helped out with the process since it was my first time returning a product. These guys are friendly and helpful and always accommodable. Notary prices are good, the store is always clean and in order. This is a good location near home and great customer service. I recommend this place even if you have to drive out of the way a bit. He continues to tell me that the appointment making system on the UPS website doesn't communicate with their store and that they actually don't know when they have or don't have appointments. Depending on who's helping you will determine how good customer service is going to be. We had a guy help us with 2 different transactions. He was helping us with some forms, and packages that were being dropped off. In the middle of helping us, he just stopped what he was doing and helped another customer. I don't care how VIP that person is, or if you were helping them previous to us. The decent thing to do is excuse yourself, or apologizing or say something before leaving us. Or even after you ome back, he could of said something. The other persons transaction took a while... and we were just standing there like as if we don't exist. That's simply rude and unacceptable. I asked him to look at my Amazon app showing the return the information regarding the return and he refused to even look at it! He just walked away from me. **Extremely rude employee and inept store owner!!** I highly recommend thinking twice before taking your business to the UPS store at 981 W. Arrow Hwy in San Dimas. I had a horrendous experience with their store agent today...the young man looks like he's a heavy metal band wannabe, long hair, wears gym shorts, for reference. But anyway, I had ordered a package online that said it had been delivered to their UPS Access Point yesterday and even had proof of delivery in 2 separate emails showing that my package had been delivered there. When I asked him if he could give me any further help or clarification as to why my package said it had been signed for and delivered to their store but yet they claimed they did not have it, he began to verbally attack me and essentially tell me I was too stupid and probably at the wrong store, even though I showed him proof otherwise. He also reacted in a verbally hostile way as though I was accusing him somehow for the package being missing. I asked him to immediately stop talking to me so disrespectfully and that I was not attacking or accusing him, but just simply asking for some help. Eventually, the store owner came over and told him that he need to be more courteous and help out, but he talked back to her disrespectfully as well. When I told the owner that this young man was sorely lacking any customer service skills and needed to be taught some, she agreed and said she had tried to teach him, but his response to both of us was, "whatever, I don't care!"...... I could easily see that the store owner was not in control of her employees in a managerial sense, unfortunately. A customer next to me who witnessed the situation also told me she has had this young man act disrespectfully toward her before as well in previous encounters. Just thought I should warn y'all before you take your business there. Hopefully this young man will start taking his job seriously soon and start caring about how he treats customers before his boss's business is negatively effected because of him. read more

If my husband and I could give 1 star we would. These employees were rude and aggressive. After waiting for over 20 minutes while employee #1 helped a couple, employee #2 walked in and said that he could help the next person in line, so we stepped forward only for employee #2 to say nothing else and start to take care of employee #1's customers. He said nothing else so we just stood there while employee #1 scurried off by ALL OF US with his skateboard. I said "poor form" to my husband. When, employee #2 aggressively asked me over his customer's heads "what did you just say?" I tried to ignore him as I owe him NO EXPLANATION because I was speaking to my husband but he insisted and bullied me until I said that I said " poor form to leave ALL OF US that have been waiting for over 20 minutes" he said " TOO BAD, It's his break time" Haha!
