    The whole staff here is absolutely kind and very fast and friendly. Ramin was kind enough to give me a calander featuring his adorable dog Jojo and jojo being there to greet me was such a treat on a hard day, thank you ups arrow! You guys are all so wonderful and professional!

    Collage of my brother's Celebration of Life

    Ramin has created many Christmas collages for me over the years. He always does a spectacular job. I love being able to include photos with my annual Christmas letter. This year we had a beautiful Celebration of Life for my brother whose life was cut short by a wrong way driver. I wanted to share the event with those who could not attend and so I asked Ramin to do a collage of the key moments. I was VERY pleased with the outcome (see attached photo). I recommend Ramin's artistic abilities if you ever want a photo collage made.

    Terrible customer service!! Most of them are rude. They make you wait a long time and the store smells terrible like dog.

The store is right off the street in a shopping center, so I didn't even have to hunt for parking. When I walked in, I was greeted by this super-friendly staff member who basically became my printing fairy godmother. She walked me through all the options, and get this, she added a coupon I didn't even know existed. Honestly, I felt like a printing ninja after that little discount surprise. My wallet and I are best friends now. While I was waiting for my prints, I took a stroll through the aisles and wow, I was like a kid in an office supply candy store. They had tons of furniture on sale, especially chairs. They were on discounts and I thought I was dreaming. I mean, who knew Staples was the hidden gem for office chairs? Next time, I'm totally coming back for one. And just when I thought it couldn't get better, I stumbled upon a Party City section! I was shocked. they picked up some of the Party City supplies after the store closed down. Balloons, party favors , you name it. I didn't buy anything this time, but mark my words, next celebration, I'll be back. The aisles are wide, the store is spotless, and honestly, I left feeling like Staples just became my new happy place. I'll definitely be a repeat customer although I know I may find same/similar products cheaper online/Amazon.

    I had a VERY disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I paid nearly $50 for a fax to be sent,…read moreand I specifically explained multiple times that the barcode sheet needed to be placed on the front because it was required for the recipient to process the documents. I made this clear about five times before they completed the fax, yet the instructions were not followed. Because of that mistake, the fax was not received. When I came back to address the issue and request a refund, I had the cover sheet and transaction details, and the employees remembered the transaction, but they refused to help because I did not have the physical receipt. I explained that this was related to my disabled child and that I was trying to resolve an issue caused by their mistake, but my concerns were dismissed. I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation, and the attitude I received from the staff was very unprofessional. What was even more concerning was being told that they were going to upload a video of me. I was not being disruptive or doing anything wrong I was simply trying to get help and resolve a service that was not completed correctly. After leaving, I looked through previous reviews and noticed other customers describing similar concerns involving the same employee. Unfortunately, after my own experience, I am not surprised to see that others have felt the same way. I understand policies exist, but there should also be accountability when a customer clearly explains instructions, pays for a service, and the service fails because those instructions were not followed. I hope management reviews this situation and provides better customer service and training moving forward.
