To be honest, five stars is not enough to rate these guys. This is such an amazing company. Fabian and his guys are the absolute best. I had called several companies and did not get any reasonable prices or professionalism. Fabian gave me a reasonable price, date and time and he stuck with it. These guys are on time and get straight to work. I was amazed at how they wrapped my furniture and took it down three flights of stairs without bumping or scratching anything. He and his guys took their time and was very professional. If he thinks his guy are not doing it right, he will quickly stop them and have them to pay attention to exactly what he is saying to them. My husband and I had to move our possessions out of a house that we were renting. Half of them had to go into a storage facility and the other half had to be moved into a large bedroom that we were renting in someone's home until we purchase our first home. Both Fabian and David were amazing with their promptness and ability to carefully pack and load my belongings, plus handle my stress level for me on moving day. I own some antiques and family heirlooms that are irreplaceable and they took extra care of them, packing them very, very carefully. (Trust me, I looked). Fabian, David, and Herman were true Quality Movers. They were recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I went with them. David called a few days before the move date and was kind, courteous, and reassuring. David assured me that The Quality Movers were there for me and to make the day as smooth as possible. On moving day, David called again to verify they were about 15 minutes from my apartment and they would be rolling up soon. The Quality Movers arrived early and immediately did their thing. All in, The Quality Movers helped me move a very furnished two bedroom apartment from the first floor, across town, all the way up to the third floor. This is the best moving company I have EVER used and I've moved many times. The man who runs it is very knowledgable and very polite. They called me on my phone to let me know when they were on their way. They arrived exactly on time. Best part- they were very careful with my furniture, wrapped each piece, and then moved it into their truck very quickly. I was so relieved to know that once I got everything in my new place they were happy to help me mount my TV and do some handyman repairs. Fabian and his crew are the real deal. We were moving to a new apartment complex in Denton -- on the third floor no less. These guys weren't even fazed by it.
