If you're in Roswell stop by and check out all the things that have collected and have on display for everyone to enjoy. You can take pictures and chat with them about the history. Don't miss out on this! Friendly owner and his staff is very nice and helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend Quality Liquor Store. You can't go wrong with these exceptional people! Great small town liquor store. The owner was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The retro neon building lighting is what drew me in from the street. After my purchase I asked about the very large spur collection running the length of the store. The story was very interesting and added the uniqueness of the shop. read more

Seriously the most awesome place I visited in Roswell... Owner was really friendly, letting us take pictures of all the cool stuff on display in the store, offered to let us hang out and hear stories about anything he had, but we unfortunately couldn't stay too long. We did spend probably 45 mins. or more looking around and chatting. There was no Alien Tequila, but there were two kinds of Alien Beer, and lots of real quality stuff, as well as some older bottles on display and a pretty big selection. Even if you only have 5-10 mins, this is way cooler than lots of the played out kitsch. read more

This is one of the coolest places to shop in Roswell. They actually do have quality liquor to sell you including a great selection of tequila, imported beer and fine folding knives. It was a gem of a place. The people are very friendly and know there stuff. They also stock Alien Tequila which is way cool. read more

One of the best places to visit in Roswell.The owner is a down to earth guy..don't think he's alien but u never know..The best selection of liquor I've seen in a store and the memorabilia he has will take u back in time..thanks for the good hospitality.. read more

I had a burning desire to experience Variety and when the National Air Race got too hot I used it as an opportunity to come here during the afternoon to see what it was like. Sarah was amazing and even offered me some of the food they had set up under the TV. Not sure if this is a normal thing but it looked like a lot of potluck style home made and pre-made food they had out. I tried the squash soup she made since the whole trip I was trying to find something Native American and it was great. The drinks were cheap and there aren't so many people so you will get our order quickly. This is the very definition of a dive bar and I'm sure everyone here was a local except for me. I am very outgoing and can get along with a lot of people so I felt comfortable but this isn't somewhere I would bring my kids and wife. For better or worse this was one of my most memorable stops in Roswell.

(sorry Canadians) Not only did the bacon add some deliciousness to it, but it added a texture that allowed you to feel it as you are eating it. Chicken salad was also tasty w purple onions and celery. Although, I did box most if it up. Since I was getting full, I decided to enjoy the flavored later when I'm hungry.
