I placed three orders last week and 2 of them were processed very quickly and efficiently. They waved their service fee to create their own vector image of my logo, since I was not able to provide one at the time. They consulted with me on how the logo should be printed and asked for further clarification, which I really appreciate. I have to order large scale prints form vendors at my work all the time, and I always stress the fact that I would prefer them to email me with questions for me to clarify rather than printing something they weren't sure of and having it be wrong. I'm so glad this company was able to do that. I did have an issue with one of the products not being designed on time. They set clear deadlines as to when you need to approve your proof by in order to comply with the shipping times you requested. In this particular situation, I needed to approve my proofs by a 1PM their time on Friday in order to receive my products my the following Wednesday. The issue was that they did not send one of the proofs on time for me to approve. I realized there might be issue and called them, as they say to do if you have not received your proof within an hour of the deadline, and they told me it was on its way. By the end of their business day on Friday, it still had not come, and then they were closed for the weekend, so I couldn't call again until Monday. On Monday, I spoke to a person named Rick who was very helpful and very understanding of the situation. I believe a company is not only judged by their successful business interactions, but also on the way they recover from hiccups that occur along the way, because there will always be small hiccups regardless of how efficiently a business operates. Rick handled the situation professionally and gave me confidence in the company. After speaking with him, I received the missing proof within the hour and he assured me that my products would arrive on time. This review is long over due. Our company ordered luggage tag identifiers from Quality Logo Products in October 2013 for a conference we were attending in November. Not only did they have great prices, the customer service was amazing! Particularly Erin Johnston that was assigned to our order. She was super responsive, helpful, and fun to talk to. We thought we had waited too long to be able to receive a quality (no pun intended) product in time for our conference. I had been looking for something "different" to put into my 4th grader's 2025 graduation celebration swag bags. I was recently in charge of ordering promotional pens and coffee cups for the company I work for, and I decided to go with Quality Logo Products. I made my choice based on reviews that I found online and because their website has the exact products I was looking for at a good price. The artwork approval process was very helpful, and the artists responded quickly with the changes I asked for. The pens we ordered came out great and the screen printing on them looks very nice. I also received frequent updates about when my order would ship, confirmation that it had shipped, and a tracking number for delivery. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the coffee cups they sent us because they accidentally had them printed with an old, incorrect design that I had not approved. I ordered 600 last minute items that needed to be printed with our company logo. I was feeling pretty stressed about the time crunch, which was partially due to the fact that I had attempted to go through a few other companies first that really weren't easy to work with. I can order one as a sample without having to call anyone which is sweet if I don't know what I want to take my time or just want to have a pile of potential products around. There is a huge selection neatly organized by category and search function is sublime. It is the best I've used. If I want more than the single sampler I can do that with a click of the mouse. There are a lot of options when trying to order. Tabs are there for regular, fast or fastest production and regular, fast and fastest shipping but they can be mutually exclusive. But only the second set applies if ordering under the blank pricing tab. Prices can go up a lot depending on the selections on a cooler. The ad price is for one without the logo, to get it with a logo there's a minimum number they'll do and with the cooler a charge added for setup. Products are great quality and reasonably priced. Assistance from Jenifer Elizabeth was great!! My order was for phone chargers w/my company logo. These are awesome items!! The color I ordered was on back order and I was promptly notified and I opted for the other color (red or black, they are both very nice). The order arrived faster than expected. My only comment is that they all arrived with the power on, this due to shifting during shipping - they were properly packed & no damage, just moved the right way to trip the button. The item has a great blue "power on" indicator and a cool flashlight option - you really want them charged for the recipient - it's a great presentation that way. No big deal though.
