I went in with my fiancé who knew the workers and two of the workers spoke ill of me and our child and made some very inappropriate comments to my fiancé and when reported to the boss he said "well what do you expect it's not their fault." This is unprofessional and uncalled for, my fiancé may know them but we were still paying customers and that is not how you should treat paying customers. Addition: after making this review me and my fiancé were texted and harassed by an employee and the owner. Extremely unprofessional and would absolutely not recommend choosing this business for anything. There is always a better and more professional option. read more

I was on the freeway driving through New Mexico and something hit my tire and put a hole in it. Luckily I was 5 minutes away from this place, I gave them a call and they said they can get me in right away. I was able to get it to them before the tire pressure was all gone. I pulled up to one of the bay's and within 20 seconds they already had my tire off and were working on it. Crazy fast and efficient!! Great customer service, I didn't catch the name of the lady at the desk but she was great. Knew what they were doing. 10/10 recommend this place. I can't believe how awesome they were, and they didn't even charge me much at all. All in all I was there 15 minutes and now I'm back on the road. read more

We had a flat tire and were met outside as soon as our tow truck pulled up. We were quoted a very reasonable price for a new tire and installation, and the tire was installed and all the tires were checked in less than 20 minutes even with a couple customers in front of us. The shop is family owned and everyone was very friendly and even recommended a great Mexican restaurant down the road for lunch. read more

These guys were awesome! We blew a tire on the interstate and I called them and they had a new tire at a great price. Brought my 44ft fifth wheel toy hauler in and they jumped right on it a had me done in 15minutes, amazing. They did not charge me for removing my spear and installing the new tire. I have never had this good of service ever. I would highly recommend these guys to any body needing tires, they defiantly go above and beyond. I was traveling to Oklahoma and took the exit for Love's Gas Station in Tucumcari and I hit a sink hole or pot hole and it blew my tire out. I drove it a mile down the road to Quality Lube and Tire and Heather was so professional and helpful in a stressful time for myself. They did not have a tire that fit my car, but they had one that was slightly bigger and I had it put on, she also recommended another business down the road and they had one of my tires in stock. They picked up the pieces left broken by Quality Lube and Tire. I literally drove on a donut the extra 15 minutes after their treatment of me and my son. read more

We were on a road trip for 4th of July and started leaking oil. These guys saw us right away and were quite helpful. Drain plug gasket needed replacing. These guys are great. My brother and I were towing his fifth wheel from California to Texas, he blew a tire and had to use the spare (the original spare). We felt it was a good idea to get the blowout replaced for the long drive, so we called these guys Saturday morning and were back on the road in 30mins. I recommend you call ahead as they can get busy being one of the only (and best) auto shops in town. Also they do half days on Saturday so if you need work done then be quick about! My daughter had a flat tire on I-40 traveling east. We had to drive 100 miles to find a tire for her car. This company charged us $160.03 for one tire 205145R17 which should not have cost us more than $80.00. This is what I call highway robbery. read more

We departed out of flagstaff....hit snow in Albuquerque at the rest stop just west Tucumcari, I noticed that our tire pressure going down. There had been 9 trucks in Ice related accidents on the highway. As it turned out, we had picked up a piece of wreckage. I was able to get into town and Quality handled us quickly. When we departed from a restaurant in Tucumcari, I noticed that our Bigfoot RV had basically a flat rear tire. As it turned out, we had picked up a big fat screw somewhere. There was no way we could continue our journey. With the help of I Maps I found a tire repair shop just down the street from where we were parked. We gave them a call, they asked us to come to the station. We limped down the street, Leif, the owner, and his employee Roy took a look at it and went to work. Our RV was in the best and friendliest and most helpful hands you could ask for! Roy Bogart was the skilled man working on our beast. Within an hour we were back on the road with a brand new tire and Roy ensured all other tires were ok and properly inflated, incl. the spare one. For the entire service with tire we paid $164 and we were totally satisfied. They did not have to take us in on such short notice, but they did. We also met the mother and the daughter and it all turned into a delightful meeting. And before we knew it, all was done and fixed! most amazing tire place! and amazing service a fee months back I was a solo mom driving cross country from WI to AZ with my freshly licensed 16 year old following behind with 2 dogs , a cat and a 13 year old when a tire blew out on her car on the interstate just outside of Tucumcari. now it was a Saturday night @ dusk, we were tired after attempting to change the spare only to find out the flat wouldn't hold air, a storm was brewing on the horizon and traffic was nothing but semis driving like maniacs and not one person stopped to help.Panic was setting in... I was recommended to Quality via another shop that couldn't help me due to an odd tire size. Leif, the owner and his family were amazing. they stopped their family time to come out and meet us at their shop, his wife made us feel so much better and come to find out they are Packer fans so that only solidified that they are good solid people! this situation could have ended so much worse but they treated us with respect and kindness and had us back on our way within 15 minutes. And didn't take advantage of a scared tired mom that needed help. Genuine people and great service! everyone should go there for any service needs!!! read more

After having driven over 1200 miles with a trailer hitched to my Mustang, and with a few hundred yet to go, my check engine light suddenly went on. I pulled off at Love's Travel stop in Tucumcari and while gassing up found a front tire went flat also (from sidewall fatigue, a defect that occurs sometimes on this particulalr tire and is unrepairable -- uggh). It was late afternoon, with any tire stores closing soon and no way to get anywhere. After calling around, I found no one in town had my tire, but Quality had one close enough. However, I had no way to drive to the shop. Leif drove over, removed my tire, took it back to his shop, replaced the tire, brought it back, and gave me a 20% discount on it to boot. So rather than being stuck overnight a a day or two while someone ordered the tire, Quality took care of me, gave me a discount, and got me on the road after just a brief interlude in my travels.
