They are by far the best eye brow and nail salon for miles. My mother comes from out of town, drives 4 hours, just to get her nails done here. I don't trust my eyebrows anywhere else and I've tried other places. I had totally given up on getting gel nails because of how other salons ruined my nails, but I was convinced on my 1st visit here to try them again. I went back to get them taken off, they were very gentle and this is the only place that I would come to get gels. If you do get gels know that they will last an entire month and still look great! Small location. Got a pedicure. The prices were average. They did not put a tub liner to provide extra protection and cleanliness. I brought my own nail polish so I'm not sure about the variety of polish colors they offer. Pedicure was good at the time but I would not go back. I went to quality nails for a waxing on bikini area. A woman named Lai was the one attending me. She was so rude to me. I was in a lot of pain and I asked if she had a spray for numbing my skin. The woman went off on me. her reaction was like I said something to offend her. And she kept on repeating (on and on) that she didn't have numbing spray and she never had it. She was furious and kept on trying to insult me. And in between saying the same thing over and over "I never had numbing spray here" she would ask me "are you going to continue or you want to leave". Off course, I left. It was kind of shocking , and it it appears this woman completely out of control. She raised her voice and was very load. No wonder it was 5:40 pm on a Saturday and this place had only one client. I went to a different beauty salon at Belcher, few miles away from this place, and they were packed with clients. Very disappointed I'm not even the kind of person to leave a bad review but I was so dissatisfied. She cut my skin around my nails and the shape was so messed up (I asked for coffin) length and everything was different on each nail. She disregarded the fact I was unhappy with them and literally followed me to the parking lot yelling at me. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional. First the good. Price are affordable, salon was dated but clean, pedicure was thorough for the price, would probably return. Not so good. I asked that every toe nail be painted a different color, it didn't take extra time or product but they charged me three dollars extra. I felt nickeled and dimed. I tried to look closer at my nails because they were really crooked, the nail tech kept insisting pretty adamantly that I put my foot back in the water. When I asked her to correct them she got extremely defensive. A lot of conversation then transpired in her native tongue with her colleagues. I had an Okay time. The massage was short and lack luster, but everything went as it was supposed to. My partner got Chopped up pretty good on his toes; bleeding a lot because she cute his toes way to short. They also charge a high price for a small outdated salon. The water was scorching hot then freezing cold and I sat with my feet in cold water for 10 minutes. Sometimes there is a wait, but it's a business and that's what happens when it's a great service. I asked the manicurist to fix a cuticle that she incorrectly trimmed and she refused to saying "it was fine". A fellow customer told me that she does her own cuticles BEFORE she comes in. Why even get a manicure then if you are just going to do it yourself? Also points off for the general disorganization of the shop. I got a shellac mani here 2 weeks ago. It was beautiful when it was first done, and was exactly what I wanted - but sadly started to peel from the cuticle area within 3 days. I typically get a design with color only on the tips as shellac lasts me 6 weeks or more when done properly (it grows out prettier then a single color) I was very sad to see this one go so fast. The pedi was great, and the service was amazing. I took 2 friends who got great service on a pedi and a men's mani. Went back two weeks later for another manicure a different person did my manicure and it was horrible. Again I had a gel manicure and this time I was not happy with the results. I went here with my mother who is a regular almost two weeks ago. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was fine although they did not scrape any of the dead skin, polish still looks good though. The girls were really sweet. But, when they did my gel manicure they did not do a full manicure just a quick soak, filed my nails, then wiped them with alcohol before putting on the gel. This caused them to all peel up off the cuticle in just a couple days. I have been filing the back of them since day 4 because they were pulling my hair out. Also I had 3 nails chip within the first week. The place I usually go, their gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks with no problems. I guess I'm spoiled by having a manicurist push my cuticle back and prepare my nail bed properly. I called them and had the most confusing conversation about it. They told me that if I was a regular they would give me a discount on my next service if they thought it was that bad but to come in to be sure. I'm not a regular and I told her this and she told me just to come in so they could see. I passed, I will just go to my usual spot and get it done right. I am 2 days short of 2 weeks and it looks like I got them done almost a month ago, its gross. This is by far the worst nail place I've ever visited and I'm 51 so I've been around to a lot of salons! First time ever I've had to actually have the nails removed (just got them filled here on the 3rd of July) because three nails had fungi from crappy job allowing water to get under the nails. Had to spend $20 just to get the nails removed and now have to let them heal so thank you quality nails - whatta lying name! Please don't go there - I even commented to my friend who's been getting pedicures there for over 15 years how crappy a job they did and boy was that true! They did a horrible job cleaning my cuticle with the first lady they sent me to, when I got to the second lady that would paint my nails, I asked her to clean it a little better, but she did not help much. And did an even worse job painting my nails! I left very dissatisfied, but I had an appt. and had to leave.So I came back 2 days later to get it fixed and they told me my nails were that way (just half way painted and chipped, plus cuticles not clean) because I was pregnant. I said? You are telling me my nails and cuticles grew this much in 2 days? Ans she said YES! They were absurd! Not to mention them speaking their language between them ALL OF THE TIME, so rude! I started speaking another language with my friend too, that caught them by surprise.
