I had brought enough quarters for the washing machine and was planning to use the app for the dryer. So, now here I am with wet clothes and kind of in a rush to be done and onto other errands. I didn't want to have to run down the street to get cash from an ATM. However, the lady that was working there, Tammy, totally helped me out. She did something and was able to make the machine work for me so I wouldn't have to run out and come back. While it was inconvenient and they should remove the stickers for the app if you can't use them, Tammy was super nice about helping me out without any fuss. I have been here several times before and always used quarters for the machines but had noticed the app last time I was here and decided I would use that next time instead of bringing a bunch of quarters. Anyway, highly recommend these guys!

However, the first time I used them, they picked up the bags between 8 am-11am when I requested 11 am-2 pm. I happened to be up earlier than usual that day so it worked out. The second order was outside my door at 7 am with an 11 am-2 pm pickup. They took a photo and charged me a no-show fee which they eventually reimbursed. I live in a ground floor condo and I have hedges. They expected my laundry to be in front of my door which would block egress. The laundry was next to my door since 7 am. Even in the photo they took,you could see one of edges of one of the bags. To their credit, they sent someone to pickup my laundry later that day. So, I called to get reimbursed and I spoke to Katie (Owner) and she told me to put exactly where my laundry is located in the future and that there was a downpour. Yes, there was a downpour but not when they took the photo if that matters. She made me feel like it was my fault which I didn't appreciate. Additionally, I was told to either buy laundry bags from them or use garbage bags in the future which I find kind of ridiculous. I used garbage bags the first time and spent $50 buying bags from an online laundry bag company for future use as i don't like using garbage bags. I've searched their website and order pages and it doesn't show any of their laundry bags for sale or that you can't use your own. Bottom line: I'm still going to use them because they have a very good price and do a great job. They shouldn't blame the customer for an employee mistake/oversight and they need to clarify the laundry bag situation on their website or order pages. So, they do a great job overall but there's a bit of a learning curve. I would've given 5 stars otherwise.

She always takes the time to help and explain things without ever making me feel bad. This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been to. The facility is always clean, and you can tell the employees work hard to keep it that way. I've been to other laundromats where I've seen bugs and poor maintenance, but that has never been the case here. Kim and the rest of the staff are always friendly, hardworking, and willing to help. Their customer service and dedication to keeping the laundromat clean make a huge difference. The website was so convenient! I was able to add delivery instructions, care instructions, abd folding instructions. I appreciated that when they dropped off the clothing it wasn't just in the bags I'd given them - they were in clear plastic bags as well, to protect the clean laundry. Ya know? There are those moments in life when one needs to eat a little bit of crow. Here we have…read moreone of 'em, and I'm kinda glad I get to share it with you folks. I ranted and raved about how slow, expensive and inconvenient this shop is. That said, I finally went to pick up my 2-piece suit and tie Tuesday, even though it was ready, apparently, the Saturday previous. So once I get in, I see that John must be watching the grandkids, He was nowhere to be found but I saw a couple of little kids horsing around in the back room area. So they call out to him, and a moment later, John appears. He apologized as I passed him the ticket. He finds my freshly cleaned and pressed suit, hangs it up and he laughs a little. Those two little kids are a handful but he's patiently watching after them as he runs his business. Meantime: $16.75 for the suit and tie! That, to me, seems quite reasonable: especially given the six-day turn time on the ticket. He didn't say anything one way or the other, but I kinda think I got a bit of a break here. It doesn't seem like he has much of a staff other than his wife who does the alterations and mending in the morning hours. There was a good sized heap of stuff waiting for service as well as full racks of other stuff waiting for pickup. John was more friendly and outgoing than usual this go round. He's usually a pleasant fellow anyway, but I kinda get the idea that I caught him in one of those "moments" where one sees the human side of his business, life, etc. So I gave John that extra bit of patience, courtesy, etc. as I gently joked with and spoke to him. Long story short: I think I'm gonna stay here as a customer...I still believe I'm looking for a service of convenience. At the same moment, it's also up to me to help support this small family business. No matter what, it's still about doing the right thing. John certainly seems to hold up his end of the bargain there. So what about me, you ask?? You just read my answer!
