I can't even describe how bad the experience is with this " Quality Plus Cleaners " in town. I sent in a new pant for a simple shorten alteration. It was promised to be done in 10 days. It wasn't done after the second week, and the following week, and now been a month still no sign of it. I drive three times to the store only getting a reply saying the truck is delivering but not sure. Yesterday I called, the store gave me a management's phone number so I left a message to ask for help. There has been no response, today I call the same number and that is a disconnected phone number. It's so upsetting to have such bad business in town. read more

This place is a complete waste of your time. I dropped 3 items off and said couldn't get done for 4 days when I picked them up the prices were so exorbitant. The service is horrible. Sat in drive through as customers came in front door as I sat there. Then was greeted by a rude woman. I would never pay those prices for that service. read more

Nice people. Great hours! Drive up available. Fast turn around. It's important you let any dry cleaners know what service you want. Light, medium, heavy starch no starch crease all the way up, hard crease. Most people just dump and run and then unhappy with their results. We use them weekly. Always good Thanks Ladies read more

Never taking anything to this place because they apparently they earn your business by surprising your with how much it costs to dry clean anything. Tried taking my comforter here and not only was it going to take a week to wash, they couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost. read more

Awful, I have had two orders completely messed up, resulting in instructions not followed, shirt misplaced (showed up later) and a pair of Peter Millar ($148) completely ruined. Star promised to have this pair of pants exchanged at Nordstrom's, I have waited for weeks. Nothing! I can really not recommend this place to anyone who values their clothing. Absolutely terrible. My $125 pants now has a double crease. My $80 shirts keep coming back without the collars being fully cleaned. They just say that they will send it back. Then they tell me that if they soak it for 24 hours that it may ruin the shirts. Ok, this is ring-around-the-collar, not rocket science. Why can't they get that right? Every other cleaner did before I moved here. When I asked for the manager, Tina said that SHE is the manager. So I asked for the owners number and she refused to give me his number. I just picked up a 25 year old First Communion dress that has been squished in my closet all these years. I was hoping that my granddaughter would be able to wear it. I wasn't concerned about the color because it was still extremely white (or so I thought). I was more concerned about restoring the fullness since it had become quite limp. Not only was the fullness restored but the color was so dazzlingly white that I was absolutely amazed. I don't even remember it being that white when I bought it! it is stunning and I am so happy. The price was extremely reasonable as well. I will definitely be using their services again. read more

I have been having quite an ordeal with a local company and just want the community to be aware of what has happened to me. I have been a weekly and sometimes bi-weekly of this company for about 2 years. And prior to that every couple months or so. Yes, I have been in constant contact with the store itself and have also called corporate. I have yet to have a manager call me even though I have requested it numerous times. The week of Feb 12 I dropped off a dress and a few of my husband's shirts to Quality Plus Dry Cleaners on Trinity Blvd. I received an email that they were done, so on Feb 12, I went to pick them up. As the young woman was putting the items in my car, she said to me "I am not sure that you want to take this home". She was referring to a new dress that I had dropped off. The dress was a grey sleeveless with a white Peter Pan collar. The collar was now all grey. The dress had been in perfect condition except for a small spot of makeup on the collar when I dropped it off. The dress was purchased at Dillards at the end of July or the beginning of August and was only worn twice. I am not sure (and neither was she) why my dress was on a hanger with plastic to be given back to me. I didn't receive a call nor an email that my dress was like this. She asked me if I wanted her to send it back to be fixed. To me, it didn't look like it could be fixed, but I told her yes. I also told her that I wanted a manager to call me. For the first couple weeks, I stopped by ever other day or so to find out an update and asked for a manager to call me. Each time I went there the dress wasn't there and I was told that the manager would call. The young woman that I first mentioned started texting me most likely because she was tired of me stopping by lol. She texted me "they are asking for more time" "the discoloration is coming out and they just need 1 or 2 more days, They expect it to be ready on Monday night (Feb 21)" "They are asking for more time as it is almost perfect) "the manager at the cleaning facility is asking for more time, there are a few specks, but it is almost perfect" On Jan 31 "It will be here tomorrow for sure" "I was assured that it will be here tomorrow and it isn't perfect. Tina is expecting to put in a claim". Since then, I have been told verbally that "it has taken so long because they were going to make a new collar for the dress but couldn't find the correct material" - (No one ever asked me if it was ok that they replace the collar ) I have also been told that "the paperwork has been turned in" "X was on vacation and hasn't yet turned the paperwork in", "she will bring the paperwork tomorrow", "you should have your check any day now" "your check will be here Saturday" "they are reviewing all flames and will have it handled today" Before I go on, I do have to say that the young woman who I mentioned in the beginning has her hands tied and really is trying to get this settled for me. I called the main office again today (each other time I called I got a recording to leave a message) I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there wasn't any manager available. The woman that answered assured me that she could help. I explained what was going on and how frustrated that I was. She told me that they are looking for a new dress for me to replace my dress. I asked her how they planned on doing that and have they started yet and did they find the dress. I explained that I have been trying to find the dress since this happened and it isn't anywhere out there. The dress was purchased in the summer and most likely won't be able to be found. I also stated that no one had called to speak to me about this. Yes, I would like to have the exact dress in the right size, but I don't know how they are going to accomplish this. She also informed me that they don't usually give a check to replace items unless a receipt is given. I told them that I had paid cash for the dress, and didn't have the receipt when this first happened. I purchased it for my father in law's funeral and would have no idea where to even look for the receipt as it was a crazy time for my family. I also do know that they do issue settlement checks without receipts because they gave my husband one last year for loosing 3 of his shirts. She told me she would call me back later today. So. This is where I am at. No dress, no settlement, and being dragged around. If you use this company, I hope that you have better luck than I have had. I have switched dry cleaners to Majik Touch pick up and drop off service and so far have been happy. If this doesn't get settled and soon with Quality Plus, I will never bring anything to them ever again even though it would be more convenient for me as they are closer to my home. read more

This is one of the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. I dropped off 4 dress shirts and had them dry cleaned and never saw them again. Quality Cleaners basically claimed that I never dropped off any dress shirts. I lost $400 in designer dress shirts and no one follows up with any of my phone calls and even when I got back the their location. I refuse to do any further business with Quality Plus Cleaners and will also blog and share this with everyone in social media since I'm not the only one that got taken advantage of! Businesses should be responsible for these items and replace them if they get lost for a partial cost. Save yourself time and money and go to someone else just don't deal with Quality Plus Dealers since they do not take ownership of their mistakes and you could be out $400 just like me! read more

The previous review was not written by me personally, it was written by someone who encountered the service of this company secondhand. That being said, I apologize for the inconsistency of reviews coming from this account, as the first one was a very inaccurate statement. Overall, the Trinity store has wonderful guest service. The girl Kelly that seems to be there every time I go in, is very honest and has taken the time to get to know me on a first name basis. I can't say I'm happy with the length of time it has taken to get my alterations back, but it is through no fault of theirs. They've been very helpful and have been upfront about the status of my dress, which has been great. I have no doubts that my dress was put in careful hands and will return to me with the proper alterations done. I really appreciate all that the people at Quality Plus have done, and recommend them to anyone looking for great sincere service. read more

So I drop my coat off for cleaning. The roof caved in at the cleaners I dropped it off at, and there was just some day laborers telling me the cleaners wasn't open. Ok, no phone call or anything to let me know, but that's an unfortunate circumstance and don't think anything of it. I go back and the girl that works there says she doesn't know where my coat is, it's probably at the other one nearby, but she had to check. I volunteer just to call and figure it out. I call the place that was calling me to come pick up my coat and get directions, and the girl on the phone was a little short, but again, no big deal. I get there and my coat still has stuff all over it. And they still charged me the 24 dollars. Based on reading the other posts, I feel like they're gonna lose it now, or at least the belt. So I paid 25 dollars and no coat. And nothing to apologize for the inconvenience of having to drive much farther out of my way. I'll update when they finish cleaning the coat a second time. read more
