My mom is a seamstress so I know exactly what a good job, a mediocre job and a poor job look like....quality plus does beyond a poor job with alterations now as their main seamstress was let go or left, I found this out from them. So hoping my fourth pair of pants would come back like the first three .... I was sadly disappointed that the stitching was crooked and did not even meet or match up with each other on parts of the stitching, so it was overlapping and looks absolutely horrible. Then proceeded to press side, creases, and pants that are supposed to be ironed .... So the pants also came back so shiny I was not able to wear them again after altering them. These were one hundred dollar pants , that they kept for over a month trying to fix the first mistake, which they made worse. They gave no discount or no apology from their hq office....trust me when I say, go to another dry cleaner. Also check their yelp reviews across all 9 locations, all pretty bad to say the least.

I used almost every single dryer in the place, because the clothes just wouldn't dry! Each time a dryer stopped and I opened it to check the clothes, the clothes were only warm, twice. So 2 dryers out of maybe 12, actually heat up enough to dry your clothes. The rest just tumble them around for 6 minutes. There was no sink, but it's right next to a bar. That was the only plus.
