I was told on the phone the charge for the scanning would be $35. When I brought in the work I was told it would be $45 and it wouldn't be ready for 5 days. I called after 5 days to ask when I could pick up the project and someone named David yelled that they are very busy and it wouldn't be ready. He didn't give me an estimated time. It was shocking how quickly he jumped at me for asking a reasonable question. I don't recommend this business, there are many others. read more

I paid $4.60 for one color copy that took two days: $1.25 for the copy on plain matte text paper, and a $3 fee for processing a pdf file that was sent via email, as advised by a company representative. There was no mention of the processing fee when placing the order. Also, they did not honor the 50% discount advertised on their website. This company does good work, but customers with small orders should beware. And, be sure to ask about extra "processing" fees and get an estimate in writing before placing any orders. read more

Edited for clarification and length - DAVID was the one who "helped" me. Turns out he was the owner - which figures. He immediately acted like I was taking up his time rather than bringing him business. His overall demeanor was awkwardly rude, condescending and curt. After he decided to do reprints for me, he did it grudgingly, as if he was doing me a huge favor and that I should be grovelling at his almighty Printmaster feet. FOR 30 B&W prints. I kept the prints I had proofed earlier (as he states in his comment to this original post) and had asked for 30 reprints of art pieces that were simply too hard to even see. A good print shop knows when something comes out obviously too dark, not try and blame it on me or the program I'm using. Why did none of the other print shops have troubles? BOTTOM LINE- David was an ass, the prints were adequate at best and the white borders left on the prints were all different dimensions. But what really matters to consumers most of all - I went to two other print shops beside his during my project (I needed hundreds of prints done and was shopping for QUALITY) and had hands down, a MUCH MUCH better experience at these other shops. Some of which were given of the exact same art files that I gave to QPS...the difference in the final product was astounding. No comparison. read more
