Full payment was made based on pictures since I live 700 miles away from the property and the work was completed after I left the area. Unfortunately, the entire roof was not finished per the agreement. When that fact came to light, Mr Spofford was contacted. No resolution for his oversight has been completed now over a year after the remainder of the job was completed. It's difficult to now contact him because he does not reply to messages.

And then my wife and I go away for the winter. So there were no cars driving on the driveway. And the plow guy plowed it twice. When we returned to our home in the early spring, we found that all the sealcoating had come off of the driveway. William Stanley the owner of the company, refuses to do anything about it. Seems to me that sealcoating should last more than 6 months. Especially when nobody drives on it. And there was no salt or any other chemical applied to the driveway. Please, do not use this company. There are other companies out there that I'm sure would honor their work. If I could have put zero Stars I would have. But you have to give at least a one-star.

And Elizabeth worked closely with my wife in obtaining appliances, selecting paint, granite, textures and just about everything that makes a house a home. Just as importantly, they proved their integrity several times in different situations where we could have easily been misled with no chance whatsoever of us ever finding out about it. Integrity and honestly are words not often used to describe contractors these days, but Tony and Elizabeth are the real deal.
