He said he placed the order with Tharpe then when the time came for installation, he said the cabinets fell off the pallet. He then said he placed another order with Harris Timberworks, then when the time came, said the cabinets were delivered to the wrong house and partially installed. These companies came to my house and took measurements. After the second time, I started to get suspicious and reached out to both companies only to find out orders were never placed. When I confronted him about it, he acted holier than thou - like I should be grateful for all the work he did and had no right to be angry. It's important to note that by this point, Tony had already completed a bathroom. That's my bathroom in his pictures with the blue and green tile. He worked primarily with my husband on that project. My husband then died and I was grateful to have someone I thought I could trust to work on my kitchen. Wow was I way off base. Definitely recommend against working with Tony especially if you are a woman.

Fidel is a master carpenter. His framing was done with the precision of a cabinet maker. Everything passed Severance city inspection on first pass. Parts of the decking are cantilevered and the gap between the hot tub and the decking is about a 16th of an inch. I am so happy. Matt did what he said he would and fit his schedule to move me.

In July we had a major 40,000 gallon leak in our crawl space - a crawl space that had been…read moreencapsulated to meet LEED standards when built 8 years ago. The 20mil poly was now serving as a pool liner to the deluge of water that had occurred. In order to help move the water out, that liner had to be cut out and then the ground had to dry out before figuring out how to replace it. After contacting a few other companies, I met with Sebastian from HomeStrong. He walked through our crawl space (5' high) and determined how to best repair and get the place back to its original condition. We chose HomeStrong because Sebastian made us feel comfortable, showed us what we could expect and gave us a team who could get the job done the following week. And the pricing was very competitive. Also, it is a family owned company - having our own family business, we really like supporting other families with businesses too. We could not be happier with the results. The project took a little more than 3 days. The team - Daniel & Christian - took such great pride in their work that once the poly was installed, they took their shoes off every time to keep the ground clean! And the encapsulation is even BETTER than it was before. The products they use are top notch. AND the color is WHITE which makes everything look so clean!! A side note here: Not having had exposed ground under our home before, the difference in the humidity and coolness in the house was directly impacted by that exposed ground, even after drying it out for a month prior to reinstalling the encapsulation system. We had a difficult time getting the house to cool less than 73º. Once poly was replaced, the house immediately cooled down and was much more comfortable. When I began searching for a company to replace windows and do vinyl siding, I felt like I was…read moreswimming in a sea of muck! How you you find a good contractor? Where do I start looking? Can I trust them with my most valuable possession? And to top it all off, I was just coming off of being sick for a long time. I was stressed to say the least. I starting calling numbers that I could find for local contractors on Google. I didn't want some independent who would take my money and run. I wanted someone who at least had an office and ratings that I could verify. I set appointments with 3 different contractors, to get bids. The first company basically (without putting it in words) told me that my house was not worth their time. Cody Burch with Resolutions came out with one of his foremen and measured and looked around. The house was rough, no doubt, but Cody was sure I would end up loving it when it was done. But I had one more contractor to get a bid from. I can't even remember who the third contractor was but his price close to Resolutions. When I tried to call him back, I didn't get a response (I may have dodged a bullet there). Long story short, I believe the Cody and Resolutions was put here to help me, and they did. My house went from the scary Halloween house with the peeling paint and the nasty siding to a nice, respectable home! The crew was fast, courteous and friendly and I can't sing their praises enough. I have a stack of their business cards, and being in the real estate industry, will recommend them to anyone asking. Bless you all for what you have done. Rich (owner of Triple R Builders) just finished a beautiful roof over our back porch. The new roof…read moreextends about 44 feet across the back of our home as it covers our entire concrete patio. Rich used his incredible creativity to design and build the roof to look like it came as a part of our original house. You cannot tell it is an add-on 17 years after our home was built. It perfectly blends in with the original home and yet it is brand new. We had some unique and challenging requests in what we wanted and Rich's energy and creativity was able to pull it off, just liked we hoped. It came out perfect. I don't know how Rich and his team could have done any better and he kept it all within his original quote, even though he did incur some unexpected expenses. We volunteered to cover some of those extra expenses, because they were not his fault, but he would not let us.
