Update: Lauren quickly reached out to me and schedule a time to finish the project. She kept me updated through every step and the team came and complete the work very timely. I've been working with Ehsan and Lauren on a roof replacement project. Contract signed June 23 and today as of July 29, still no confirmed date when the roof will be installed. We was told the project would start the week of July 12. No one reached out to update about the project when the time came, tried to reach out to them but nothing. Finally got a call from Lauren a week later and was informed the installation date to be July 27, called them July 25 to confirm if its still a good time, Lauren was not sure. I asked if thats the case can we move it to next week, also not sure. Promised to call back and update with me the day later, never received any calls. A good company will always communicate with their clients when they cant meet the deadline and provide alternative solution, this is not the experience I had with Quality Roofing. Now I am left in the middle of the project without knowing when I can continue running my rental. Arrived without prior notice while we were out, and blocked our driveway so we could not drive into it when we arrived home. Workers refused to move their truck and trailer, saying "We're not blocking anything" and "We don't have to". Lead worker stated since they were working on our property, they could park wherever they wanted. After five minutes of arguing with me, they moved it out of the way. The apartment complex I lived in for three years recently contracted this company for roof repairs. It took them over a month to work on the reported leak in our walk in closet. One week later, it started leaking again. The leak persisted for another month and a half before it was fixed properly. A month later, one of their roofers was working in the attic above my unit, and "accidentally" caused the sprinkler pipes to burst. My home was flooded, as well as two others. We were on vacation when it happened, and received a heart-breaking phone call that our home was destroyed, and it would take over 30 days to repair everything. We only had two weeks covered by our renters insurance for hotel stay. Nowhere else to go. A staff member lead me to believe they were going to cover the additional time needed in a hotel. Their insurance agent refused to extend our hotel stay. We had no choice but to sign a new lease elsewhere, and they refused to pay for our moving expenses, too. Their negligent employee ruined our vacation, destroyed our home, and caused financial burden. Don't hire this company if you expect their insurance company to cover the severe damage caused by their negligence. read more

Consumers beware. I asked this company for an estimate for gutter installation and they sent out a salesperson. When he arrived at my home he did not take any measurements. This was the first red flag. He got on my roof and looked around, then walked around the outside of my home. It took him 2 weeks to provide an overpriced quote, based on my home and not the material and labor cost. I asked for the quote to identify labor and materials but he refused. This was the second red flag. If you are looking for a company to provide a reasonable price for gutters, I suggest you skip this one. Also, they provide a small military discount but that is quickly erased thru their overinflated pricing. read more

Quality Roofing performed a repair job on our tile roof this past month. Tile roof can be difficult to find but they found the match to install. I had a bit of trouble initially getting in touch through the administrator, so I called the sales person directly and got a swift response. They came out, submitted their bid, but what gives them 5 stars is the service I got between the time I signed and the time they came to do the full repair. During that time it rained and we had water coming through the ceiling, the sales person came out on his own time and did a quick patch, in the rain, so water stopped coming out. Seriously I never expected this level of service. Then they did the full repair, matched my tiles, in a timely and quality manner. Prices were reasonable for the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Quality Roofing. They cleaned our tile roof. Not only did they come in with a great quote as compared to others, they fixed broken tiles they found while up there gratis. The men cleaning were polite and kept in the loop as they progressed. They used a drone to show us the finished product. It looks amazing! They were efficient and completely cleaned up the surrounding property before leaving. Please beware of the unfair and deceptive trade practices. Quality roofing will present an estimate at a lower cost. With a break down on additional repairs. NO ONE will call or advise you in any manner of these repairs. When you receive a final bill its thousands of dollars above the original. As a business owner and pediatric dentist, I pride myself on taking care of my patients like they were my own. Quality Roofing did exactly that with the care they provide to my roof. They first discussed the issues with my roof and what they would need to do to repair or replace it. They then provided and educated me with options available, and the benefits of each. They allowed me to see the materials and even offered me time to make my decision. When they needed to do their work they didn't take into consideration their schedule, they worked around mine. That way I could stay productive and continue to see children without having cars taking up valuable parking spaces and noise that could have frightened already timid young patients. But this is only the beginning. They worked tirelessly to finish the job efficiently. They maintained a clean work space. The had trash and debris piles discretely placed where passerby's couldn't see them, and the piles were removed each day. Following a weekend of working on the roof I was amazed to come into work on Monday to find that a worker from Quality roofing was at the office before sunrise sweeping the parking lot, raking areas around the building to be sure any debris was taken care of. I couldn't believe how incredibly conscientious and thorough Quality Roofing was taking care of my building, it was if it was their building they were taking care of...which I would say is probably the best way to do your job. My roof is less than a year old, and daily I find shingles all over my patio. I have huge strips of missing shingles. When the president of the HOA called them to report - he was told "No problem, won't leak without shingles, we'll get out there in a few weeks." This during hurricane season. I had a general contractor come out with his roofer and get a second opinion, and he said there were so many rusty nails sticking out and that every single one is a potential leak. There is no protection, and I am most likely getting water damage now. We counted 67 exposed nail holes. I am widow, who works full time. This is my home and I so scared of the potential damage. The contractor said he would gladly supply documentation that the work is horrible, substandard, and shoddy, and the materials used are the cheapest possible. My contractor said if I have to wait two weeks I will surely have ceiling damage. Horrible, horrible roofers. read more
