First the landscape river rock was delivered in 3 pallets and parked in my driveway for several days before they started the work. This created a huge mess with mud and debris. Not to mention having to navigate around them with our cars to get in and out of the driveway. They ran out of rock and waited days to bring in more. 12 days from start of the project they came to lay sod. My front yard is not large by any means... They would lay a small section of the yard, run out of sod and we would not see them for a couple of days before they would come back and lay another small section and leave. After 7 days of having a partially finished yard, they finally brought in enough sod to finish what should have taken 1 day to complete. Pics attached. On the 18th day 5/3/22, the owner (Abhi) text me that they were "finished" and was coming that evening to do a final inspection. I pointed out areas that needed to be corrected, to which he agreed would be fixed. He made me aware they had "misquoted" the job. He admitted that it was "his fault" as he was the one that initially quoted me the price. I paid him the remainder of the money we agreed upon. On 5/6/22, Abhi came to meet me at 8am and told me that the issues would be resolved by 5/10/22. Since they had not made good on any timeline they provided, I gave him until 5/12/22 to have a couple of days grace. They show on 5/12 to "fix" the problems and installed a completely different rock around the unfinished mailbox and a landscape stone that was a different color that the rest. He also told me they would fix the dead patches of sod. Pics attached. I reached out to Abhi again 5/12/22 about the issues and he told me he was aware and it would be fixed. He said that he would get a stone mason to fix the landscape borders and buy the correct river rock to finish the mailbox area. I come home Thursday 5/19/22 to find they are taking landscape rock from my existing landscape and transferring it to the unfinished mailbox area. They also used a hammer to break the landscape border instead of using a saw to fit it properly. Pics attached. They leave on 5/19 without being corrected. I reach out to Abhi again on 5/19/22, that is when I realized who I was dealing with. He became very condescending and made it a point to tell me he lost money on my job. On 5/20/22, I tried to call and text Abhi to see if they were coming to resolve the issues. He sent someone out that used glue to fix the stones around the mailbox and cut the landscape stone on my front porch which was loud and created a ton of concrete dust on my front porch. My dogs were frightened by this barking and yelping. I took a video and pics. Pics attached. I have hired a different company to fix the sod that needs repaired/replaced. I will hire a company to repair the mailbox landscape and correct the end stone and consulting with an attorney that specializes in Civil Litigation to find out our next steps. Steer clear of Destined Landscapes!!!

We had to go outside at 7pm at night and try to clean up the mess in the dark so our dogs could use the bathroom. *Due to the lack of communication of when people were leaving my husband's vehicle was stuck In the garage over night while my car was parked down the road because there was no place to park and was afraid of getting nails in my tires. *My son couldn't come home that night due to no where for him to park and he had to take off 3 hour that Monday due to him not being able to due his job because he works a call center job and couldn't hear with the hammering and dogs barking *No communication what so ever from the supervisor that was supposed to come out that day but didn't show up or call and until I called him to find out why he didn't show up was he had COVID. I had been around him so I should have been told. Not the mention he brought his dad and son out and none of them were wearing masks. *Found beer cans in the trailer that was used for the shingles, so drinking was being done on the job. *Wasn't even told when our appt was. I text supervisor to check on this and he said that he had us set up for a date that didn't even work for us, so we had to reschedule. *Truck shows up at our house the Thursday before our appt. and dropped of shingles, we were ever told anything about this so lucky we were home. *We had to be the communication between the insurance company and roofing company due to one party or both not communication back. *General lack of concern by the Supervisor and Owner. No to mention we are now going on over a year of dealing with this.

The result is beautiful. Multiple people have commented that my house looks "new," and it really does. My experience with Bridger Designs was bad. It was a big job, so maybe they weren't equipped for…read moreit. They cut every corner they could. The job could have been completed in 2weeks--took 4weeks--but they had to come back repeatedly to fix their mistakes. They replaced 5"trim with 4"trim, so had to come back and put back in new 5" trim. The siding they used was shorter than the existing siding , so had to add trim on the bottom to cover the gap, etc, etc., etc. They made no effort to protect the plants around the house. Plants were broken, stomped out of existence, and overspray covers my rhododendron and laurels. I provided them with an itemized listing of all the plants destroyed (didn't include those oversprayed bc hope they'll be okay eventually) and gave them a choice to replace or deduct their cost from the total job. This winter I noticed in the garage/shed that there were huge gaps between the boards where they replaced rotten boards. If I could upload pictures, I could show this, along with the poor wood boards they used to replace those they removed. There is a 1/2" space between two boards. I texted Bridger Designs and asked them to replace the poor boards with good boards big enough so there wouldn't be gaps, but they refused and sent me the name of their lawyers. It was a poor experience all the way around. Every day I'd have to bring mistakes to their attention. The owner and manager weren't around. And, only one of the workers seemed to understand English. They kept having to do things over!! Why they didn't try to do it right the first time makes no sense except to save money on materials. And still, I'm left with a shed /garage that now needs serious repair--even the paint appears to be buckling where they made their patches. I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have not responded.
