I was fed up with gutter businesses not returning calls and not showing up to even give an estimate. I saw two All-Roofing trucks in Murfreesboro and decided to call their number. Don called me back in five minutes and came that afternoon to give an estimate for replacing peeling aluminum/PVC flashing around my eaves. Don was knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell services. Since he did act professional, I asked him to quote leaf guards for our gutters as well. Don and Steve came on the day we had scheduled and finished the job on time, for the agreed price. When Don Huffman says he isn't happy until his customer is happy, he's telling the truth. Don has done work for us here in Murfreesboro on two different occasions and both times provided free estimates and completed all the work he promised to our satisfaction. He is conscientious and once the work was completed he even went over all the work to be sure each part of it was done correctly. His crew started removing our old roof at 6:00am and were finished with the new GAF roof at 3:30pm the same day. The new roof looks great and they cleaned up everything around the house. Don also replaced our gutters & downspouts with continuous extruded gutters and installed gutter covers too. They look so much better than before and no more cleaning gutters for me. Needed gutters and downspouts replaced ASAP. Checked several sources and was contacted by a number of contractors. Four actually provided bids and three showed up for consults. Don Huffman from All Roofing Siding and Gutters was the most responsive, polite, and...best of all...most economical. His bid cut the others by at least half! (And his product is excellent quality--looks good, works good.) He was delayed slightly in starting, but called twice: once to inform us of his inability to start at a mutually agreed time, and the second to let us know he was "on the way" at the new time. He and his crew (especially Don himself) worked efficiently and neatly, removing old materials, filling gaps and holes in the old siding/fascia and installing the new, wider gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. We could not be more pleased with the quality of his work, his courtesy and, as mentioned above....his prices. Would we hire him again? YES, indeed ... in the blink of an eye! read more

2 months ago, Mr. Don Huffman came to my home to repair a leaking roof. He was friendly and courteous. After climbing my roof and spending approx. 15-20 minutes, he stated that the roof was repaired. I paid him. He gave me his business card, and instructed me to call him if I had any problems or any other roofing needs. After a big storm, I noticed that the roof was leaking again, in the same spot. I called Mr. Huffman. He stated, that he would return to repair my roof by the end of that week. He didn't show up. I called him again. He apologized and said that due to the excessive rain that he was behind and would come out to repair my roof within the week. He still didn't show up. Called him again and left a message to call me. I waited a few days, called him and he hung up. Called a few more times and he hung up. I have since hired another roofer. Very disappointed in this company. read more
