When your a/c or heat is broken, you don't typically know who to call. We actually needed an a/c repair and didn't know who to call. I viewed the recommendations on Nextdoor and Angie's List. We called Quality from the recommendation on NextDoor. We are so glad we did! From the start, the operator was friendly and kind. We were calling after hours and she said that Christian would call us back shortly. He called within 10 minutes and was at our house within 30 minutes of our 1st phone call! Christian is so experienced, he knew right away what was wrong and fixed it quickly. We had our a/c back on before bedtime! Christian advises of the service call fee when he called us. But we feel it was reasonable and cheaper than a hotel room for the night. It's been 2 weeks and we've not had any issues. I had to have my AC looked at today. Nelson showed up and was very professional and polite. He performed all his checks on my system and gave me the news. It could have been worse and he explained the process of the work that was going to be performed when he returns. We had great conversation while he worked. He even checked back in to make sure everything was still good. I have a maintenance plan with Quality so I did save a little money on this visit and the next. We have used Quality Service Company for many years and have always had great service and today was no exception. I had thermostat problems on my upstairs unit and they sent out Domingo to help us. He was very professional and explained to my wife what all the problems were and he corrected them all. Wonderful service. Heat pump stopped running, Domingo and Ryan came over the weekend and replaced motor, etc. and I went from no AC and an unbearable hot house to a nice cool house in no time, and in August!
