The moment we began working with Zadie, we knew we were in good hands. She patiently and thoroughly answered tons of questions; suggested countertop materials and fabrications; and swiftly set up measurement and installation appointments. (They were able to measure and install within a few weeks of each other - a HUGE plus in our case.) Faithful Countertops left no detail ignored.The island's 90 degree edges are precise and the 3" thick island buildup was constructed perfectly. The countertop and backsplash seems are as invisible as humanly possible. There are absolutely NO chips anywhere. Finally, they neatly caulked where needed (i.e. between the cabinets and backsplash), ensuring the entire kitchen exhibited a very clean look. Their product is exquisite, the end-to-end customer service and installation was comprehensive, and the overall experience was pleasant - as enjoyable as it comes!
