I sent an email and was promptly responded to by Lauren. She was very helpful. I arrived at the store about 20mins til closing to pay, approve the design, and have 2 shirts printed. The other associate lady, sorry I forgot the name, she was also kind and helpful. She showed me the design and the shirts in the color and sizes I asked for. I loved that I was shown the shirts and got to decide the right sizing. They have a wide range of sizes and decided to go with the grey shirt- 3x ($2 fee for each X after 2X) and XL. Gray XL shirt was $29- 3XL was $31 with the added $2 fee. The shirts were great quality and were printed in less than 10mins for both. They loved the shirts and felt professional on their first day.

They added on extra fees that aren't expressed until after you're given a quote. I told them that I needed the shirts done asap and the absolute final day was in 3 weeks. And they waited to start the shirts until 3 days before the deadline. They finished my shirts on a Friday afternoon knowing that you cant pick shirts up on the weekend (when they're closed btw). You can't charge $9/shirt, require a minimum of 48 pcs, and be this unprofessional.
