Not sure what Mikel's problem is? I took this course and found it to be an excellent course. After looking at the other schools they were either to expensive or they don't have much equipment to work on. Quality Training is totally a hands on type of school. I took the Refrigeration course with Bill as my instructor. He has an insane amount of experience with refrigerators. He was able to answer everyone's questions and give some personal experiences. He showed off his own mini fridge that he built. There was also a bigger fridge that he built in his basement just for cooling his beer kegs. I think he named the big one Lenny (some variation of Len). Overall I am more than satisfied with my time at Quality. If I ever need a refresher or answers, everyone made it super clear that "once a student, always a student." read more

I had Mario as my instructor and I think he did a great job throughout the 12 weeks and I learned a lot of information. This HVAC course is very hands on and the facility is a lot larger than I thought first walking into the building. If you are prior military and still have VA benefits, this HVAC course is 100% covered. The only suggestion/wish I have is wanting more time in the trouble shooting phase. My instructor Mario had over 10years experience in the field and he gave out class great insite on what we would see in the field. He gave us great hands on experience when we were working on the machines. Wiring was a challenge!!! But it was one of the most important things that I found that I needed to know out in the field. I attended Quality last year when I made the decision to get into the HVAC field. It was a great choice. In the short amount of time I was here I gained a great amount of knowledge on how everything works. I was always reading and studying as well. I am now back to retake a few courses as a refresher.
